The staff was great but quality of hotel was OK.
Pros:

I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station.
All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay.

1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels.
2. I stayed two nights. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next morning as well so I think the quality of AC is the same for all room.
3. When other guests are passing by in the hallway, it was very noisy.
4. There is a local market under this hotel and when you are waiting for a car at outside, it was very stinky.
5. There were some bugs in bathroom.

Again, the all staff at reception and breakfast was wonderful but the quality of hotel wasn't great to me.

Pros:

Kamar bersih,nyaman,harga murah + free breakfast,staff hotel ramah,sayangnya agak di pinggir surabaya lokasinya,dekat jembatan suramadu,tapi semuanya worth it lah untuk harga segitu udah super nyaman.
