Best place in Hué - very good price
Pros:

We were completely blown away by the hotel when we arrived. The service at check-in was excellent. We got there early and went on a sightseeing tour; when the room was ready on Friday, we immediately received a text message and were able to go to our room.

The breakfast was truly outstanding and unlike anything else! The selection was huge.

Excellent
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, on le voit de loin. On a une vue exceptionnelle sur Hue. Tous les employés sont dévoués et sérieux.
La literie est très bonne, les chambres sont grandes et on voit toute la ville même la cité impériale.
La douche est la plus fonctionnelle tous hôtels de même catégorie confondus. Produits de très bonne qualité.
Très bon petit déjeuner.
Un grand merci surtout à Nguyen le réceptionniste du Level qui sur place nous a aidés à prendre le billet du train Héritage. Je l’avais demandé dans un premier temps par message car un hôtel de Hanoi nous avait fait ce même service pour le Vicsapa train avant que nous n’arrivions mais au Melia on m’avait répondu que ce n’était pas possible. Comme le site de ce train est difficile à comprendre, surtout pour notre âge (62 et 75 ans) Nguyen s’est investi et a tout fait pour nous. Sans lui je notais l’hôtel 8).
