Fantastic stay at the beautiful and luxurious hotel in the middle of the city.
Pros:

The property was beautiful and well polished and the service was fantastic!! Great views of the city and the spa was really good too with its sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

The Level experience was amazing
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Melia Vinpearl Hue, especially with The Level experience. The service and amenities were outstanding, and the price was very competitive for the quality offered. A special thank you to our concierge, Thao, who was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Ein tolles Hotel mitten in der Stadt mit einer Wahnsinns-Aussicht. Sehr schöne, große Zimmer. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Pool im 8. Stock mit Aussicht ist etwas sehr Besonderes. Hervorragendes, vielseitiges Frühstück - ein riesiges Angebot. Sehr lecker.

The Place to Stay in Hue
Pros:

Beautiful hotel close to many sights. Easy walk to mall and many local shops and restaurants. You are warmly greeted with a welcome drink. escorted to your room. The amenities in the hotel are explained. We had a king with an amazing city view. The rooms are very large. Breakfast buffet is delicious with many options. They keep changing items to keep it interesting. The pool and exercise room are well appointed with nice city views from the 8th floor. Most important is the staff. You are always warmly greeted and asked if there is something you need. Kudos to the management for making such a wonderful stay. Definitely the place to stay in Hue.

The hotel is neat and clean and the staff is very nice.

Cons:

The transfer they have organized to Hoi An was quite messy; we changed from a minibus to a car in Da Nang, which was cramped. This is not the type of transfer I would expect from this type of hotel.

Wonderful trip
Pros:

Our family recently had a wonderful stay at Melia Vinpearl Hue, and we truly had a memorable experience from beginning to end.

A special thank you to the Spa team for making our trip even more relaxing and meaningful. The therapists Van, Thanh, Dao, and Thuy were incredibly professional, caring, and attentive. Their warm smiles and excellent service made us feel so welcomed and comfortable.

A heartfelt thanks as well to Ms. Quyt, the Spa Manager, for leading such a lovely team and ensuring every detail was perfect. You can really feel the passion and dedication behind the service.

Traveling with family means creating beautiful memories together, and thanks to all of you, we left Hue feeling refreshed, happy, and grateful.

Highly recommended, especially the spa experience. Thank you again for your kindness and hospitality ❤️

Nice hotel in the centre of Hue
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights in a family connecting room.

Greeted by staff on the door who helped us with our luggage, which was nice start.

Check in was good and very quick and no issues.

The family room is a wow factor. Lovely soft toys and a tent for the kids. 2 large separate bathrooms with full in room amenities.

Only thing which is a personal opinion is the mattress was extremely firm. Gave a poor quality nights sleep for us but again that’s a personal preference.

Staff are very polite and professional.

The swimming pool is indoors and shaded with lovely city views.

Location is great and central to all aspects of Hue activities.
