Cons:

凌晨3 点，洗澡后使用吹风筒，结果断电了，打给前台催了好几次了，才上来，然后说他也不会弄，只能让我换房间。另外，马桶盖松动，体验感不佳。

Pathetic experience, waste of money
Pros:

The only plus point, for which we booked this hotel was it's proximity to nearby restaurants and places of interests.

Cons:

Very poor facility that I have ever experienced. For everything, you need to ask with their standard replies that the house keeping or room service is not available. Basic facilities are missing, like microwave oven, ironing - for these we need to go to different designated floor to get things done. Property is very poorly maintained. It gave us a feeling of a haunted place. Our room's roof in bathroom were leaking. No floor mats in the bathroom. Doors are pathetic in the bathroom. Toileteries were not provided well. Bottom line, do not visit this hotel if you want value for your money and peace of mind. Be prepared to ask for everything with no guarantee of being served.

The room was spacious, the location was convenient with many shops and restaurants nearby, and the room was quiet.

Cons:

The stay was generally good, but I think it could be improved by adding more facilities such as a water dispenser. Parking was a little challenging, and there was a slight unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

Staff, location, air conditioning and bed condition is to my expectation.
Pros:

Located in the center of a business district. Very easy access to eateries and convenient stores. Easy commute to the nearby city center.

Cons:

This is my second stay. This stay was in 2 different units. Both units had issue with plumbing ie wash basin or toilet pump leaking. Not major, just a minor annoyance. The duvet and bed covers are very worn with obvious stains. It is time to renew the bedding covers.

Pros:

Stay here 3 days 2 night for treasure concert at unifi arena , I will repeat for bts concert on dec ( only if I get the ticket hehe insyaallah ) , everything was good betulla review kata staff memang sopan , btw for muslim kedai makan around hotel ni kebanyakan chinese tapi don't worry boleh order grab / food panda , untuk bilik semua okay tv mini refrigerator berfungsi dengan baik ❤️

Pros:

Location is easy to find. Far but still walkable to Unifi Arena for concert. Many restaurants around. So far still ok.

Cons:

No fridge inside the room as stated. Found a cockroach in my room when we returned from the concert, could only say as 3-star hotel for simple stay. Soundproof weak. Weak data connection if use own data only less than 2 bars or none(nvr try wifi). Aircond very cool even though we adjust haha. Bathroom door lock broken no fix when 1st saw.
