Pros:

We like the property but the staffs do not speak English and made it hard to communicate. The breakfast was cheap and nasty. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

おたく（Hotels.com)はどこの国の経営かは知りませんが、「ハイック　サン」て何だかご存知ですか？固有名詞ではなく、ベトナム語でホテルを意味します。つまりここは正確には「ホテル　トゥオンヴイ」なのです。そしてこの”Khack san"の発音はカタカナで表記するなら「カックサン」に近く、ハイックサンなんてタクシーの運転手に言っても絶対に通じない！しかも予約書面上には住所の上に現地ホテル名記載がなく、このインチキカタカナ語しかない！小生はKhack sanの意味を知っていたのでヘンだなと気が付いたが、何も知らない旅行者はこのホテルに行くのに混乱すると思う。例えば日本で「旅館　鬼怒川」という屋号があったとして、それを"TABI TATI KINUGAWA”などと記載しているようなもの。情報の正確な記載を望む！
