Riesiger Mangel im Badezimmer!
Pros:

Lage und Mitarbeiter waren gut und freundlich. Zimmer sehr groß und sauber.

Cons:

Leider war das Badezimmer eine große Enttäuschung und für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht akzeptabel. Die Warm- und Kaltwasserregler waren nicht gekennzeichnet, ein Regler funktionierte nicht richtig und der Badewannenstöpsel klemmte, sodass man ihn jedes Mal mit der Hand herausziehen musste. Der Duschschlauch war für die große Badewanne viel zu kurz und der Duschvorhang ebenfalls zu klein, wodurch das Badezimmer schnell unter Wasser stand. Frühstück war auch sehr Mangelhaft.

Das Schlimmste war jedoch die Dusche: Durch die defekte bzw. schwer bedienbare Armatur und den hohen Wasserdruck ließ sich der Duschkopf kaum kontrollieren. Er schlug plötzlich umher und traf meine Frau am Kopf bzw. im Gesicht, sodass sie sich verletzte. Das ist kein kleiner Mangel mehr, sondern ein Sicherheitsproblem.

Das Zimmer selbst war wirklich gut, aber wegen des Badezimmers kann ich dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Die Anlage und insbesondere der Garten ist sehr schön. Es ist ausreichend Platz und die Betten sind bequem.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr übersichtlich. Leider gab es auch keine Möglichkeit, Getränke dazu zu bekommen. Kaffee zum Beispiel oder Tee...

Excellent hotel Highly recommend.
Pros:

I loved the gardens at the hotel. The rooms are bright and clean and modern. The staff is happy and nice. There's a vegetarian restaurant across the streeet from this hotel with good healthy food, Highly recommend this hotel!

おたく（Hotels.com)はどこの国の経営かは知りませんが、「ハイック　サン」て何だかご存知ですか？固有名詞ではなく、ベトナム語でホテルを意味します。つまりここは正確には「ホテル　トゥオンヴイ」なのです。そしてこの”Khack san"の発音はカタカナで表記するなら「カックサン」に近く、ハイックサンなんてタクシーの運転手に言っても絶対に通じない！しかも予約書面上には住所の上に現地ホテル名記載がなく、このインチキカタカナ語しかない！小生はKhack sanの意味を知っていたのでヘンだなと気が付いたが、何も知らない旅行者はこのホテルに行くのに混乱すると思う。例えば日本で「旅館　鬼怒川」という屋号があったとして、それを"TABI TATI KINUGAWA”などと記載しているようなもの。情報の正確な記載を望む！
