Double booked our room. Landed at midnight and told they wouldn't be able to accommodate us. They did have us in a taxi to a Holiday Inn nearby after about 30 mins. But that wasn't what we paid for. Felt bad for the guy on the counter but it's just inexcusable in this day and age to have people show up at midnight to find out they can't stay there. They could have contacted us earlier and told us to go to the other hotel in advance.
Didn't get to experience the hotel.
The room was really comfortable. Great bed and comfy temperature with quiet air con.
Super comfortable bed, and overall high tech for room appliances. Lots of parking spaces too.
The only issue was that we couldn’t use the self check-in kiosks, and we waited quite a long time at the front desk as no staff were around. Thankfully, a staff member who seemed to have already finished his shift and was leaving with his backpack stopped to help us. Big thanks to him!
Bed was comfy.
Room we were booked into wasn't available and the room we were supposedly upgraded to had a strong smell of damp.

Absolutely loved the village hotel vibe. Decor, staff facilities all exceptional.
Location wasn't the nicest and a bit of a treck from everything although less hassle than being in town centre.To make the place less industrial, I recommend some kind of large water feature . 😀

Have to pay to park an worse pay for gym shocking an all down stairs also 2 single beds for marry couple..won't go there again

Gym and Pool Facilities
Bed too soft, no bedside plug points, and no proper workspace—the room lacked a desk or comfortable seating arrangement for working on a laptop. Breakfast was repetitive with limited variety. Not worth for the price.
Bedroom very cosy.
Staff were very helpful in reception on arrival.
However, the gym facilities were disappointing. Especially in the swimming pool area, which wasn't very clean. There was a leak coming from the tumble dryer in the changing room , there was a large amount of water on the floor This was reported to the staff, but they didn't seem too bothered about it. No one bothered to inspect the area. I waited around to see whether anyone was going to take a look and clean the area. But during the length of the time I was there, no one did anything
I would deem it a health and safety hazard .
I'll definitely stay there again but avoid using the gym facilities.
