The room was comfortable , well laid out and clean. The beds were also comfortable.
The hotel was easy to get to and the reception staff were helpful.
The noise levels. This was the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. I hardly slept all night. Banging crashing all night long. For this reason I wouldn't stay here again. You expect some noise being in a hotel , but this was beyond any noise I have heard in a hotel before.
The swimming pool was too busy , but that can't be helped. You also pay for an adult for a teenager, but a 15 year old is classed as a child in the pool and therefore we only had 20 minutes in the pool before their session was over. However, due to it being busy we actually got out earlier anyway.
We love the set up
Gym, sports bar ,
The only thing I enjoyed during my stay was the breakfast. Everything was perfect 👌
The bathroom floors was dirty and dusty in the corners where you can see clearly. When you shower the water goes on the floors and makes a puddle. Very disappointing.
We booked a room with a king-size bed, but instead we were given two single beds pushed together. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially as we kept waking up during the night having slipped into the gap between the two mattresses and having to pull ourselves back out. This was not what we had booked and it really affected the quality of our sleep and our overall stay
The design is great, amenities and fantastic, very modern and pleasant to stay in
The only negative was smaller than average bedrooms which isn't much of a complaint
Big comfy beds. Good showers and the spa facilities are nice. Big bar with outdoor seating is nice. Plenty of parking on the premises as well. Massive TV so if you do want to watch anything the rooms are good for that. Easy to navigate and find in north Bristol.
I get why they have the glass wall in the bedroom separating the bathroom to allow more light through the window, but it's bit odd and annoying due to the sensor lighting they have, lights up the whole room at night. The opacity changing function is fun but also pointless really. Few cosmetic aspects need to be tidied up in the rooms. Spa shuts earlier on a Sunday which I get, but also the time you'll want to use it.
Love the location of this place
Being told to pay £17:50 for 1 cup of tea and 1 slice of toast, brown marks on the bedding only one towel and the hair conditioner bottle was empty, I don’t expect this for how much I paid
Modern hotel, friendly staff
My Room wasn't the cleanest
Dyson hairdryer!!
Darts lanes in the pub and grill were great fun 👍🏻
Food (dinner) was nice
Swimming pool and hot tub were much appreciated after a warm daytime.
Missing towels from our room, but staff at the front desk were very quick to help and get some sent to our room.
Cricket on the tv instead of Darts… 😉

Service: I went to the restaurant for dinner and was seated, but after waiting for 15 minutes, no member of staff came to take my order or check on me. As a result, I left and had dinner elsewhere.
Breakfast: Breakfast was average. When I arrived at 9:30 a.m., there were no eggs left, which was disappointing.
