light theough bathroom window at night - couldn't block out

DIRECTIONS IN vicinity appalling. drove round 4 times before I could work out how to get in

Not being able to have breakfast. I have fibromyaligia which means it's difficult to go to sleep. We didn't have the breakfast I had paid for because we didn't wake up until 10a.m. More consideration of peoples illnesses would be helpful.

Overall though the bed was very comfortable and the room was adequate, the shower was great

On cleaning our room, the staff never cleaned the cups etc, and did not replace the tea & coffee etc, even though we had used them, we had to find someone to ask for more, that was disappointing
