Amazing SPA
Location
Lack of shower wash soap and room little unclean
Again staff very pleasant, has one of the best run Starbucks on site, the pub grill meals lack a bit of finesse, nice meal but it was really oversized.
Again as previous the glass walled bathroom is a let down
Location
Small rooms and not good food
Nothing
The room was very dirty. The bathroom floor and shower area were covered in hair, limescale.
When I checked in, there was a tray of leftover food and empty drink bottles outside the room opposite mine. It was still there when I checked out the following day, which reflected poorly on the hotel’s housekeeping standards.
The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. I had paid for a king-size bed but was instead given two single beds pushed together with an uncomfortable mattress topper.
When I asked at the bar about breakfast times, I was told it was served from 6:30 am until 10:30 am. However, when I went for breakfast at 9:30 am, I was told that breakfast service had already finished.
Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The cleanliness, comfort, and inconsistent service were all far below the standard I expected.
It was new , but rooms were congested
Rooms were congested , food was not good
Very modern but rather cold looking and very industrial styling
The was no electric shaver point in the bathroom and only one spare 3 pin electric socket in the bedroom. No USB sockets for charging devices such as mobile phones, laptops or watches, hearing aids, etc.
A great atmosphere in the bar area, the food was great value and served quickly
Location and staff were ok
The room smelt damp and musty, the swimming pool was filthy and the gym was far too busy
room with air con,
bar had good selectin of beers
One bed cover had a brown stain on it
The shower, the bed was extremely comfortable
The design of the room with the glass into the bathroom. Self check in. Having to go on a chat to report a problem. Which no one answered, dirty, wet towels in the room
