Visiting to attend a painting convention and take the family to DisneyWorld and Universal - two fire alarms at 6pm, no sense of urgency or communication as to what happened.
Nice rooms, good location.
Gisele and Keri were both great to deal with. I spoke with Gisele about securing a first floor room since I am traveling with pets and she was able to help me with that since I had checked in online already. Keri was great checking in and took care of a missing chair. Great service by both.

Giselle was amazing… Professional and friendly. Such a pleasure. She was able to find us a room and get us in when we arrived early.

Giselle greeted me and checked me in at the front desk. She was professional, extremely kind and super hospitable. Very down to earth and represented your hotel very well. I was looking for coffee in the lobby ,upon my late evening check in and she brought me fresh! The property is very clean, well manicured and very well maintained daily. In fact, I extended my stay at this property because of the comfort and convenience of location. Highly recommend. Special shout out to Giselle
Giselle at the front desk is a breath of fresh air. So wholeheartedly nice. Greeted us each time always with a beautiful smile on her face, we saw her, very professional, a true gem at this location.
Had an issue with key machine and she was very calm and our keys ready for us when we hit back from dinner.
We really liked the location of this property, it has restaurants and shopping nearby. Upon check in we couldn’t understand the receptionist very well.. There wasn’t enough hot breakfast for us when we got down there. We saw people hogging stuff. The bed was really uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The shower was dirty. More than likely would not choose this property again.

Service by team member Giselle was excellent. She checked us in and out. She was warm and inviting and a pleasure to deal with. Room was comfortable. AC unit made a very loud squeaky noise every time it turned off.
Rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable
The breakfast needs some improvement. Firstly please please purchase real bacon your ratings will improve just trust me I saw sausage all the time there. Variety is best not everyone likes plant based. Add some fruits.
