The thing that really bothered me and my wife was they would put a door on the bathroom that had a full glass panel in the center. When one person gets up earlier than the other to shower the light in bathroom lights up the bedroom not a good design. I personally think that should be changed for your customers sake.

smoke from air freshener was coming out of ceiling. thought it was fire at first. got very nervous. front desk did not seem to care. they should notify you about this when you checkin.
Love the location and the cleanliness of this hotel!
We booked specifically wanting a bar that was advertised but then it wasn’t open at all the whole night. That was frustrating as we were traveling with another couple and were anticipating to utilize the bar.
Love the location to all the restaurants and the rooms are very clean.
For such a nice hotel it was disappointing that the pool wasn’t heated.

I booked the room, and it was confirmed on Booking.com, but the hotel had no record of it. Luckily, I was able to get another handicapped accessible room for the same price.

Die not like packaged egg sandwiches, need to get back to scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage.
There is no place to rest your cloths in the bathroom while you shower. Had to use suitcase stand.
Perfect overnight stop
I travel extensively in the USA, often driving on Road Trips, where I keep off the big roads and enjoy the quieter, more tranquil area whenever i can.
After a day touring The Gettysburg Battlefield, Chambersburg was an ideal stop. The SpringHill Suites were east to find in the newer commercial development a little out of town with all the stores, restaurants and newer hotels clustered together.
I like the space you get in SpringHill Suites. Everything seems to work, from a spacious, separate desk and lounge area, to a bathroom with all required facilities. This SpringHill was newer and fresh with all i could require to hit the road the next morning.
SpringHill Suites, like most hotel chain brands, are all pretty homogenous, so there will be no surprises. The only variable tends to be the age of the property, but all the major groups maintain their stock well.
