Tout était merveilleux, les gens étaient très gentils et serviables ainsi que le service très rapidement. L'hôtel calme à la nuit avec climatisation et proche de tous.
Mais ce qu'il m'énerve qu'il n'y a pas de piscine notamment il est écrit sur la Map, les chambres sont étroites et ils sont propres.
Certainement une note de 8/10.

Rooms very small uncomfortable and old bad furniture

Hotel beau en apparence mais très sale , moisissure dans la douche , chambre sale
Pas d'équipements, ni piscine ni spa , rien du tout
Petit dejeuner néant , café mal fait

3 star hotel no more with a correct breakfast. Room and bathroom was clean .

Lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel,noisy in the night and early morning. A lot of smokers downstairs that you can smell the cigarette smell coming through the AC to the rooms.

My partner and I checked into the hotel on June 19th, and we were given a very small room in which we could barely move. The wardrobe door couldn’t even open because it was pressed right up against the bed, leaving no space at all.

Additionally, the Wi-Fi stopped working in the evening and remained down until 10 AM today. When I approached the reception to report the issue, unfortunately, the hotel staff couldn’t speak English and did not understand what I was saying.

The bed was also extremel uncomfortable – it was a spring mattress that made loud squeaking noises with even the slightest movement. Because of this, we couldn’t sleep all night and both of us are now suffering from severe back pain.

We are very disappointed because you advertised this hotel and recommended it to your customers without having accurate information about its facilities and services.

Moreover, the hotel listing stated that laundry service was available. However, when I asked about it upon arrival, I was told that there was no laundry service at all.

I have a serious complaint about the hotel you recommended to us, and I kindly request a full refund. Please note that we have already checked out of the hotel.

mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşamadım. kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. ancak oda ve balkon çok pisti. duşa dahi girmek istemedim. tuvaletin gideri de kötüydü. kokular geliyordu. tek iyi olan şey karşılama ve kahvaltıydı.

The room was nicely made and decorated. The breakfast buffet gave me travelers diareahh. There is no lunch or dinner at the hotel, a flyer to order from to go. When I asked for help the porter spoke English but wasn’t clear about how to do it. When I went to the desk and he was in front of the night desk clerk, he only spoke Turkish and seemed to imply it was my fault. Not what I expected. Welcome Pickups couldn’t stop in front because the very narrow streets and traffic. I had to walk carrying my suitcase the whole block on broken pavement.

Staff at the hotel are exceptionally helpful. The rooms are neat and comfortable, refreshed every morning. Scrumptious breakfast.
The hotel location is within walking distance of most of the major tourist attractions and shopping options. No worries about the congested Istanbul traffic.

I reserved a 27 meters rokm for 21 nights. At first night they got 15 meters . I told them and tomorrow they changed room . Floir if room is noisy , bathrooms need renovation. Totally this hotel needs renovation. Location is near istanbul center and metro

Unpolite staff, small rooms! Check out was supposed to be at 1pm but reception called at 11:30 and asked to vacate the room because they had no clients! There is a kettle in the room, no tea, no coffee! The towels are terrible

Everything was working in my room. There was a small leak from the radiator. I would have liked to have a table and chair. Breakfast was not to my liking, but the coffee was pretty good.

the worst stay ever.. the staff contionously kept asking about our payment and one of the staff held our passports and he said the passports will be given once the payment is done , and we were given a different room , the room is too small than shown in the pictures on website .. washroom isnt clean too and the flush doesnt work .. Overall a terrible stay 😴
