Great service, but unbearable room air quality
Pros:

The staff is extremely attentive and genuinely eager to help. They even managed to find a fan so I could improve the airflow in the room. Breakfast is also very good, with a solid selection and quality.

Cons:

The biggest issue with this hotel is the lack of proper ventilation. The windows cannot be opened, and unlike similar hotels, there is no effective central ventilation system. As a result, there is no real way to get fresh air into the room except from the hallway. I often had to keep the door open, which staff understandably discouraged.

The air quality in the room was very poor—stuffy, with a noticeable lack of fresh oxygen. Additionally, the air conditioning dries the air significantly, to the point where I had to purchase a humidifier just to make the stay tolerable. Overall, the ventilation situation made the room quite uncomfortable.

Cons:

My work vehicle was vandalized over night in their parking lot. Security not helpful, there is no camera footage outside in such a neighborhood. Will never stay here again

We were having breakfast with my husband and my younger kids and a gentleman walked up to us and asked my husband is that his work truck parked outside my husband said he did not drive a truck. Why are you asking me and not everyone else? my husband said do I look like I drive that truck or something? What makes you think it's mine . I'm not sure why my husband was singled out when there was many people in the room. I felt like he was being accused of something, and I was embarrassed.

The convenient location to the airport and the shuttle service. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The dinner “restaurant” was a bit disappointing but the pizza was good
