Hyatt Place San Jose Airport

Clean and comfy

Stayed one night having booked a room via a sleep-park-fly app. We left our car in Hyatt Place's secure, patroled parking lot of 4 days, picked the car up on our return. It was well worth booking this room as we had a very early morning flight and the hotel airport was in service an hour before we needed it a 6 a.m. The whole experience was well worth it. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable.

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service at Hyatt Place San Jose Airport because the hotel failed to respond to multiple attempts to resolve an unauthorized double charge, leaving the issue unresolved for over three weeks.
I stayed at the hotel from May 25 to May 28, 2026. The reservation was made and full payed in advance through Booking.com by my employer. On the day of checkout (May 28, 2026), I noticed that my bank account had been charged for stay: USD 628.39 without my knowledge. They must have used my bank details when I was requested to pay deposit for the stay on the day of check in.
Despite several attempts to contact the hotel directly over email and through their online contact forms, I did not receive any response. My employer also submitted two requests through Booking.com, which was used to make the reservation. These requests also remained unanswered until now, and the double charge was not returned.
My deposit was refunded only on June 13, after intervention through Booking.com, although it should normally have been returned within five business days. However, the issue of the double charge remains unresolved.
This experience has been very disappointing, especially because there was no clear communication or support from the hotel. Based on other reviews, I now see that similar situations appear to happen quite frequently. For this reason, I would to caution other guests from considering staying in this hotel.

The service quality remain constantly. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean with no odor. The breakfast has a good variety and clean dining area.

Stayed two days (one on either side of a convention offsite). It was everything I expected from a Hyatt and more. Partner property staff even helped me to find a box to carry conference materials home in for my flight. Super friendly and helpful!

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was above and beyond. Bar was stocked. Front desk was very accommodating. Would recommend for anyone.

Hyatt Place San Jose Airport is in a quiet location, and only 5 minutes by car to the airport. The staff is efficient. Breakfast was included in our booking, and the offerings were the typical American breakfast: eggs, sausage, pancakes, coffee, juices, etc. Our room is large with a King bed and a Sofa bed, with plenty of space to move around and set up our luggage. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Bathroom was spacious, a good-sized sink with decent counter top to set up our personal toiletries, and decent amount of towel bars and hooks. Water pressure in the shower was good, and a rubber mat provided so as not to slip on the wet shower stall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would stay here again.

Room was very neat and clean. Had a nice sitting area with a couch. Furniture, blinds, and appliances in the room were in top condition. Room was serviced by staff daily without my making a specific request for it. Buffet style breakfast had a nice variety of items, and was kept well stocked and very clean by the staff. Location was good if you want to be near the airport.
