We enjoyed this hotel and would stay again.
Pros:

We liked the location. We needed a place to spend the night near the airport. It's brand new, very clean and the rooms are super nice, and the beds are very comfortable. The pillows were nice too. It was very quiet where we were located. They have a little bar that serves food and alcohol. We didn't participate, but it's nice to have. They served a free breakfast in the morning which was okay. Scrambled eggs could use some help. All in all it was a great hotel.

Cons:

We didn't know how to work the elevator. Might be good to post something in the elevator explaining you have to use your room card to go up. Not everyone knows these things :)

실망스러운 Hyatt 호텔
Cons:

1. 침대매트리스가 꺼져서 자는 3일동안 허리가 너무 아프고 불편했다. 쇼파의자도 마찬가지로 쿠션이 한쪽으로 주저 앉아 있었다.
2. 타올, 화장지, 티슈를 프론트에 이야기 하고 올라갔는데 2시간 동안 갖다 주지도 않고 프론트에 전화를 2번이나 했는데도 연락이 없어서 결국은 다른방 청소하는걸 보고서 달라고 해서 받았다.
3. TV 밑에 테이블. 침대에선ㅍ 테이블에 얼룩이 있어서 지워달라고 했는데 결국은 지우지 못했다.
그래도, 인지도 있는 호텔이라서 선택했는데 여러면에서 너무나 만족스럽지 못해서 너무나 아쉽다.
