Локация - тихий, спрятанный от шумных улиц дом. Всё - от аптек до клубов - в пешем доступе.

Терраса - большая, приватная, с панорамным видом на город.
Ван лав!

Cons:

Убирают так поверхностно, что я купила моющие и чистящие, дабы убрать плесень в ванной. Чёрную, зелёную плесень тут не убирают. У кого аллергия - примите к сведению.

check in processen. jeg dukkede op med en bekræftelse på at jeg havde et værelse, hvilket de også kunne se, men personalet afviste det fordi enten de havde gjort noget forkert eller booking.com, jeg kunne ikke checke ind grundet deres fejl og skulle så vælge et andet sted, hvilket var den værste start i byen. nha trang var overordnet var en by med dårlige oplevelser. kundeservicen skal forbedres. specielt fordi der absolut intet engelsk kunne. ren kaos og man burde forvente mere fra et hotel der er vant til turister og backpackere.

bruseren var desuden halvsmadret hvilket var skuffende og det værelse jeg havde booket, fik jeg heller ikke fordi de havde dobbeltbooket grundet deres eller booking.coms fejl.

Pros:

For Vietnamese standards it was modern also had windows as advertised

Cons:

Smelt damp, was dirty.. walls are flaking.. I was 3000 vnd short they didn't take card payment I had to walk to the atm then they couldn't give me the correct change said they would reimburse me when I checkout but didn't leave a memo for the other staff.

Mình ở nhiều lần , lần nào cũng nhận phòng không sạch, khi thì tóc khi thì rác dưới ga giường, máy quạt hút gió kêu rất ồn.

Le personnel n’était pas avenant, même très froid.
Je suis arrivée à 5h du matin j’avais envoyé un mail pour savoir si je pouvais avoir ma chambre plus tôt. Personne ne m’a répondu. A la réception je demande on me dit qu’il y a un supplément à payer pour avoir la chambre plus tôt que 14h. Hallucinant. Et plus tôt on la veut plus on doit payer. Honteux.
J’arrive, il y a des toiles d’araignée dans les coins, un rouleau de papier toilette entamé, aucun de rechange, l’emplacement du frigo vide.
Je demande à ce que ma chambre soit faite le deuxième jour, en espérant avoir du papier toilette. Rien. Ni les jours suivants.

Nothing at All

Cons:

Nothing i only stayed in the room for 30mins before i decided i have to book another room. Which was such an inconvenience, the room had so much black mold on the ceiling i would never risk my health by staying in a mold infestation.it was so hair everywhere in grim all over the bathroom. The bathroom mirror was even dirty it also was what looked like to be human waste on the all .on top of that the front desk person told me my booking confirmation wasn’t working in to just cancel the room . After sitting in the lobby trying to figure out where ima go next he then told me this nasty room was available.it was a lot to deal with after a long day of traveling i personally will never go back
