The room was ok and the shower facilities were new and modern.
When we came to the hotel room in the evening there were mosquitoes. But there were really a lot of mosquitoes at night and at least 10 mosquitoes bit me. I tried to fight them off and killed some of them, but I couldn't fall asleep until 4:30. In the morning I had to leave the hotel. I had a reservation for the 4th night, but they didn't want to refund any of the money. I had to go to another hotel. What kind of hotel is this when they don't care about the safety and health of their customers. Irresponsible behavior. I recommend this hotel if you want mosquitoes to eat you to death. Do you want to take the risk? Also, their balcony was a joke and at 6 in the morning the dogs started barking.
The staff and the location were excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive and communication was easy through Google translate.
The room was large and comfortable with a balcony (no view). The location is great and in the heart of the city. The hotel is clean and comfortable and has unlimited coffee, tea and ovaltine and access to the common kitchen.
Shower needs some getting used to in order to figure out hot water. If the shower is open too much, the water isn't hot enough and if you want the water to be hot, you have less shower pressure.

close by within walking distance is a mall that has a waterpark, gym and a spa. also nearby are more big name hypermarkets, food markets and Bazaars. all along what seems to be the main road through the city that connects everything.

The Luck Esan medium room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom.
The shower, airco, wifi, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated well. There is cupboard space, table, chair.
The staff is friendly and efficient.
A large Lotus supermarket and an 711 is within a 5 minute walk.
The hotel has no lift. A ground floor room with microwave and free coffee is nice to use.
ห้องพักดีมากค่ะ ชอบมาก กว้าง สะอาด สมกับเป็นสไตล์ลอฟท์ค่ะ ในห้องพักมีไดร์เป่าผมและของใช้ให้เพิ่มอีกด้วย ซอยเข้าโรงแรมแคบไปหน่อยค่ะ หน้าโรงแรมจอดรถได้ 4 คัน แต่มีที่จอดรถเพิ่มเติมข้างๆโรงแรมค่ะ ครั้งหน้ากลับมาอุบล จะแวะพักที่นี่อีกค่ะ ☺️
