Lo staff e stato gentile e disponibile. Un particolare apprezzamento va alla signora delle pulizie, che ha svolto un ottimo lavoro. La camera veniva pulita ogni giorno e in generale il servizio di pulizia era puntuale.

Ci sono pero alcuni aspetti che andrebbero migliorati. Gli asciugamani spesso non erano disponibili: quasi ogni giorno, anche verso le 17:00, non erano ancora pronti e ne mancavano alcuni. Da l'impressione che l'hotel non disponga di una quantita sufficiente di asciugamani di ricambio per tutti gli ospiti.
La moquette era abbastanza sporca e, nonostante la pulizia quotidiana, la pulizia generale non era sempre al massimo livello. Inoltre, la maniglia della porta tendeva a staccarsi e il WC aveva un problema con lo scarico: a volte l'acqua si bloccava e altre volte funzionava normalmente. Sono piccoli problemi che, nel complesso, hanno penalizzato il soggiorno e che sarebbe utile risolvere.

Un séjour décevant, principalement en raison d’un accueil froid et d’un manque de confiance envers le client.

J’ai apprécié l’emplacement de l’établissement, le confort des chambres ainsi que la qualité générale des installations. C’est d’ailleurs pour ces raisons que ce n’était pas mon premier séjour dans cet hôtel et que j’ai toujours eu plaisir à y revenir.

Cons:

J’ai surtout été déçu par l’accueil et le manque de confiance ressenti lors de ce séjour. La gestion de la préautorisation bancaire a été assez compliquée, alors que j’étais parfaitement disposé à régler mes consommations.

J’ai également trouvé l’accueil au petit-déjeuner très froid et peu chaleureux, notamment avec les demandes répétées concernant mon numéro de chambre. Ce type d’attitude donne malheureusement au client le sentiment d’être davantage contrôlé que considéré comme un client fidèle.

C’est dommage, car ce n’est pas la première fois que je séjourne dans cet établissement et mes précédentes expériences avaient été bien meilleures.

Petit déjeuner copieux et variés avec des choix raffinés. Literie parfaite. Piscine propre malgré qu’elle soit pas trop grande vu le nombre de clients . Très bon emplacement. climatisation silencieuse
