Très mauvaise expérience au Novotel Mohammedia – à éviter !
J’ai réservé une chambre familiale via Booking, avec deux lits enfants. À notre arrivée vers 18h45, pas de serviettes ni de lits pour les enfants dans la chambre. La réceptionniste nous a dit que tout serait prêt dans 15 minutes. Finalement, j’ai dû redescendre à la réception toutes les 30 minutes pour réclamer à nouveau, et chaque fois, on me disait que les serviettes n’étaient toujours pas sèches !
Mes deux enfants étaient trés fatigués, il était presque 1h du matin quand on nous a finalement fourni quelques draps, un petit matelas pour enfant et des serviettes. Aucun sens du service. Quand j’ai demandé à parler au directeur, la réceptionniste s’est moquée de nous au lieu de nous aider.
La chambre était humide, mal entretenue, et surtout bien trop chère pour ce niveau de service : 2870 dirhams pour deux nuits sans petit déjeuner.
Je viens de passer deux nuits à Madrid dans un hôtel de chaîne espagnole : 260€ pour une chambre impeccable avec un grand lit double, deux vrais lits enfants, petit déjeuner inclus et un personnel très professionnel. La différence est flagrante.
Dommage pour le groupe Accor de laisser un Novotel aussi mal géré. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.
