There was no soap in the bathroom and shower that is all what I can say bad for the place
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
It was Filthy!
There was no water at night when I wanted to shower and in the morning there was mud coming out of the taps.
I did not feel safe, despite the burglar bars.
The walls have holes in them, the couch is full of stain and the rugs are stained!
There is kit even a stocked mini bar or the ability to purchase a drink at the location.
You can’t drink the water and there was at least ONE water bottle in the fridge, which is used to brush my teeth.
I couldn’t find the place, there is no visible signage, it was dark and I drove around for an hour trying to find it, until the police finally escorted me.
There was no one available to assist for checkout.
I carried my own bag up the stairs and when I fell the staff member smirked with amusement.
There was no fitness center as advertised. No coffee machine in the apartment and no garden view. There were incomplete utensils, crockery, and cutlery in the self-catering kitchen. The generator wasn't strong enough to pull the property during loadshedding - so there was no electricity during loadshedding. The staff were friendly and they did bring extra utensils when requested but the property did not meet expectations as advertised on Booking.com
There was a office in the one room and we asked if we could rather have another bed, they put in a lot of effort to change that to a bedroom.
I could not sleep, there are a lot of other residents, they made soo much noise. Cars coming in and out would even wake you. When they cleaned our room they left the unit wide open with lots of ppl passing it and the cleaner was nowhere to be found, with our valuables in the unit. They main gate of the complex was also wide open and our unit was close to the entrance. We booked for two nights, but only slept there the first night. I would not recommend this unit.
Very conveniently located to the marathon start

Location, we were there for the Loskop ultra marathon and the place is walking distance to the start.
The kitchen did not have sufficient crockery for 2 people I.e. 1 cup, 1 plate, 1 spoon, 1 mug, no teaspoons… same thing with the towels for a 2 bedroom suite…
