Disappointing experience. Read the negative reviews before booking.
Cons:

I genuinely don’t understand how this place has such a high rating. I strongly recommend reading the negative reviews before booking.

The property is poorly maintained and needs quite a few repairs. The bathroom was tiny, the toilet seat was broken, and the shower flooded the floor. The air conditioning barely worked, feeling more like a fan than an AC, making the room unbearably hot. The bed was extremely hard and squeaky, and the doors and windows weren’t properly sealed, allowing mosquitoes and insects inside.

It’s also difficult to get a proper rest. Roosters are incredibly loud in the morning, and there’s often noise around the property during the day. The staff spend a lot of time socialising around the entrance and pool, which sometimes makes it feel more like you’re in someone else’s home than a guesthouse.

The location is a little tucked away, although there are places nearby.

However, the biggest disappointment was how problems were handled. I raised my concerns several times and was repeatedly promised solutions that never came. I eventually decided to leave early because of these issues, and my request for a refund was refused.

If anything goes wrong during your stay, don’t expect much support from the owner. In my experience, he seemed far more interested in defending himself than acknowledging the issues or finding a solution. Not once did I feel that my comfort as a guest was a priority.

After reading the owner’s responses to other negative reviews, I wouldn’t be surprised if he accused me of lying too. That alone says a lot about how criticism is handled here.

This place needs serious maintenance and a much more professional approach to hospitality. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

Sehr erholsame schöne Unterkunft
Pros:

Tolle unscheinbare gemütliche Unterkunft in einer Nebenstraße. Am Anfang haben wir gedacht wir haben uns verlaufen aber als wir das Eingangstor erreicht haben waren wir sehr erstaunt. Schöner sauberer Pool, gemütliche saubere Zimmer und eine gute Klimaanlage. Die Jungs waren jeden Tag gut drauf und haben die ganze Unterkunft immer sehr sauber gehalten. Wir durften auch den Besitzer kennenlernen der sehr sympathisch war. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Die Nähe zum Strand war für uns auch perfekt und in der Nähe gibt es genug Restaurant und Supermärkte.

I like the simple decor, yellow light and a nice lamp cover does a lot for the atmosphere

Cons:

- Staff can be loud in the mornings, it's a small area so everything can be heard.
- Street is a dust road, if you're with a trolley can be annoying
- The AC does struggle to cool the room, which for me resulted in the perfect temperature but maybe for other people annoying

Pros:

Gute Lage mit Pool. Sehr nettes Personal und die Vermietung der Roller war super und günstig.
Dazu konnte man auch günstig Wäsche waschen.

Cons:

Die Duschen sind mit Salzwasser. Es ist an sich super aber der Geruch ab und zu nach dem Duschen war nicht so toll.

Pros:

Piscine très bien. Personnel très gentil. Bien placé, on n’entend pas le bruit de la ville.
On peut louer des vélos en passant par l’hôtel.
Petit déjeuner correct.

Cons:

Interdit de se baigner après 22h mais dès 7h du matin pas mal de bruit du personnel..
Chambre correcte mais salle de bain passable niveau propreté on ne peut pas régler la température de l’eau donc heureusement qu’elle était un peu chaude.
On est resté 3 nuits et la chambre n’a jamais été faite avant notre départ.

Schöne preiswerte Unterkunft
Pros:

Wir hatten eine sehr liebe Begrüßung, von den Mitarbeitern, die eigentlich rund um die Uhr dort Verfügbar sind. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen, aber doch so dass mann innerhalb 5 Minuten am Strand ist. Zudem hat sie eine schöne Ausenanlage und wird täglich gepflegt und hat sogar einen super tollen kleinen Pool. Auch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war für uns ein Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Beim Komfortablem muss ich leider ein paar Punkte abziehen, da die Matratzen wirklich unbequem waren und man dort beim Hineinliegen schon die Federn gespürt hat. Leider wird man hier auch jeden morgen gegen spätestens 7:30 von mehreren Hähnen in der Umgebung geweckt. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Ansonsten habe ich für die Verhältnisse hier on Indonesien nichts zu bemängeln.

Nice stay!
Pros:

Location is really good to get to turtle point!
The room was nice, good breakfast, nice and clean pool. They rent the electric scooter if you need it and they can do your laundry. Two cats at the property which is a plus 🐱🐱

Cons:

The shower doesn’t really have hot water, the bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

Nulla è stato prenotato per errore infatti siamo fuggiti appena abbiamo visto la struttura. Abbiamo avuto anche l’incontro con uno scarafaggio enorme.

Cons:

Non abbiamo neanche potuto fermarci nonostante abbiamo pagato la prima notte perché dopo essere entrati nella stanza abbiamo visto questo orrore che già si preannunciava dall’esterno. Purtroppo, la struttura da noi prenotata inizialmente non aveva posto il 17 agosto, quindi avevamo dovuto accontentarci di quello che avevamo trovato… È un posto da cui bisogna scappare. Orribile sporco veramente una

Peaceful location and great staff
Pros:

Close to the busy area but located in a quiet alley so really nice and peaceful!
The staff is super friendly and helpful!! 🙏🏻
The pool and pool area is small but clean.
Able to rent a bike to get around and they provide filtered water for free!

Cons:

Rooms are very basic. The bathroom contains a shower and toilet and is the size of a stamp. Towels were clean but had stains.
For me it was fine though good to know in case you are looking for a minimum level of space or luxury.

Se si ricerca la originalita del posto e ok ovvero essenziale. Nulla da dire sullo staff. Ok la piscina.

Diciamo che la struttura e molto basica ma in linea con le strutture di medesima classificazione dell isola. I bagni sono al limite ed i cambi lenzuola/asciugamani da migliorare.

Pros:

Een heerlijk traditioneel verblijf, alsof je even teruggaat in de tijd en daar houden wij van een kleinschalig appartementencomplex met ontzettend lieve mensen die er alles aan doen om het je naar de zin te maken. Alles was super schoon, het zwembad was top en overal in de omgeving zijn gezellige eetgelegenheden te vinden. Echt een plek waar je tot rust komt en je meteen thuis voelt!

Cons:

Geen warmwater maar is ook niet nodig gewoon douchen, 2 kamers gehuurd niemand erover gehoord dat geen warmwater was
