Pros:

The breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked and very well served. The evening meal menu that was available, had a wide variety of choice, and was very good value for money. I always feel a little edgy, going or staying anywhere unknown to me. But this place made my wife granddaughter and myself instantly fine and relaxed about being there. The staff and the local people made us feel very happy and welcome. Our stay at the hotel was not for pleasure, we were visiting the area for a family funeral 😞. That being said, we would love to visit again hopefully for a more joyous occasion or just for leisure 😀.

Cons:

We didn't like the fact that our short stay had to come to an end. We would definitely stay again, but if we were to be picky, a firmer bed would be nice 😀

Doggy friendly and easy drive to Cardiff after.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious as was our Evening meal as we decided to eat in the bar. There was some friendly locals in. Was great we could bring the dog 🐕 lovely host Ann. Thank you.

Our engineer did not stay the night and had to pay for another room on air B&B due the cleanliness of the room, laid down for 15 minutes and was itching all over.
