Pros:

I Visited this hotel for a business trip. Requested early check in. Mr. Rohit helped me a lot with aligning the possibilities, I took my planned meetings as per the schedule. Nice people neat and clean hotel.Room is not much spacious but good.

Well located. Fast Checkin

Cons:

No support from the staff for the requests made. Not even the request were addressed after multiple calls.
Dinner should be better than what was available.
Basic amenities included in the plan, needs to be requested. Upon request, only minimal was provided. Twin accommodation should have facilities/ toiletries and other things considering two persons in the room. Flush not working. Bathroom water leaking in the room.

Toooo small room. No space for anything. Wash basin is near to beds on open area. Walls are of plywood.

The room was clean. Facilities were good in single occupancy. The breakfast buffet was really good.

Cons:

Lunch buffet was not available. Everyday scheduled housekeeping was not done, was done only after reminding.
