It is located in a small comercial plaza, that looks luxurious but ther is no people dining there. When you get in ther is a counter where no one greets you before the elevator, the lobby is located in a 3rd floor. During breakfast a very bored man tells you to sit wherever you want, and NO ONE EVER COMES TO YOUR TABLE, you go to a very bad buffet with a very dry spanish omelet, and dry rice and beans with asorted cheeses and hams, and thats it, and there are jams that have been there for hours and seemed unsafe. Worst Marriot experience ever.

Service was amazing! Our room was cleaned well, it was safe and great shopping and dining options in the area. The staff made great suggestions and the facility offers transportation! 10/10!

We celebrated my wife’s birthday in San Jose June 26-30th and this property alone was outstanding but the staff especially the night crew was amazing! The entire staff from the front desk to the bar and all around made me and my wife feel at home and relaxed. We are extremely satisfied and we’ll stay again!

Nightclub not a hotel! This hotel clearly values entertainment over offering a relaxing, enjoyable stay for their guests. The club near reception blasts music constantly (we’ve stayed several times) but this weekend was the final straw. Live music including drums and horns for over 3 hours so far! Two calls to front desk with no help. The band is encouraging the audience to scream along. It’s miserable knowing we are checking out at 5am for an early flight after recovering from an emergency surgery. The management clearly does not care.
