The location was close to our customer.
We stayed here for 6 days on business working with a customer in the area. The first four days we only got fresh towels twice, they made the bed once, and never cleaned the toliet. Housekeeping left our door open all day and when we returned we found it open, luckily nothing looked like it was missing. I got sick on the fifth day, and had a disabling migraine and took a long hot shower, it was relaxing until I noticed all the mold and mildew under the shelves in the shower and hair wash shelf. The halls were dirty and didn't look like they vacuumed often. Wasn't a bad price but was expecting it to be much cleaner.
Room had a bit of a musty smell. Otherwise it was fine.

It was very clean, up to date. Large room with large tv. Pet friendly. Easy checking in. Breakfast was very nice. Real bacon and a turkey bacon option for others. Great coffee. Nice location
Google Maps has the direction incorrect. It kept trying to tell us to turn into the train yard. Apple Maps is correct.
The breakfast was outstanding. This was one of the best and nicest hotels I stayed at in Alliance that I would recommend it to anybody who needs a place to stay there. I would stay there again. I was there for the Heritage Days Fun Run 5K and I was able to make it to the parade.
I was bummed it didn’t have a hot tub. I was wondering if it use to have one and it got taken out because of some issues. I really didn’t have any reason to sit in one anyway especially after them scorching hot days that reached to 100 but it was nice it had a swimming pool so I was able to cool off in it.

The property was fine but I’m not sure if it was a BOOKINGS thing or a motel issue but they royally screwed up the payment. It was reserved under one credit card - we asked to change cards upon arrival. They were TOTALLY confused. Then said they fixed it (updated the card being charged) but never truly did.

A nice place to stay and pet friendly. The morning front desk person gave our dog a treat. Breakfast was very good. The cinnamon rolls were delicious. The scrambled eggs and bacon were delicious as well. The pancake making machine took me a minute to figure out. I would offer be patient. It’s working. The coffee machine was top notch. The furnishings appear new and stylish. Give them a look if you visit Alliance
