communication can be very difficult for foreigners, as most of the staff only speaks Spanish.
Additionally, the breakfast buffet is available only on weekends, which was quite inconvenient for us

Pros:

La ubicación es ideal para moverte por una de las principales avenidas de Guadalajara, muy centrico. La habitación era de muy buen espacio y la limpieza estaba muy bien. La comida del restaurante es rica. Las vistas en la habitación master son muy buenas ya que te permite ver hacia varios lados de la ciudad.

Cons:

Las conexiones eléctricas de la habitación tienen limitaciones, el frigobar no enfría y fue imposible cargar un iPad probando en todos los contactos, al parecer todo está relacionado con la instalación eléctrica de la habitación.
