Que molestia dejar el depósito en efectivo.
Pros:

Buena ubicación, limpia, moderna

Cons:

Esta vez no nos dejaron dejar el depósito de 2000mxn en una tarjeta solo en efectivo la cual tuvimos que salir y irnos al cajero para sacar efectivo. Nunca había pasado eso en visitas anteriores y la verdad que incomodidad para la gente que no trae efectivo.

Pros:

Customer service was horrible. They wanted to charge me half of the rate I paid for the night to check in an hour early. While no one was at the hotel because of the cartel violence. Seemed like bad customer service to try to get money out of clients when there are plenty of rooms available.

Las instalaciones están limpias y el servicio es muy bueno

Cons:

Todo el personal es muy amable a excepción de Nadia Durán de recepción. Su trato es muy hostil y no da prioridad a los huéspedes.

La ubicación y las habitaciones. También la amabilidad de casi todos los empleados.

Cons:

Las personas de la recepción fueros los únicos empleados regulares, que si bien no fueron groseros, tampoco fueron amables, muy apáticos y además lentos, más de 20 minutos para el check in.

Extremely disssapointing stay. Lack of housekeeping attention and full of negativity, no idea how this hotel ranks a 9
Pros:

Location is very convenient for downtown/ EXPO/ Tlaquepaque etc
-room is large and bright with big windows

Cons:

- Bombarded with messages to pay as soon as I booked ( and had pre paid)
- Extremely negative check in with friendly enough receptionist telling us charge for lost keys, charge for smoking, charge for pers, charge for parking. NO information about the hotel facilities nor positive aspects of the hotel
- large room with big windows that allow road and nearby railway noise to be heard throughout the night
- low lying sewage smell in bathroom
- car park barrier would bot open with room key, me at driving around several blocks to get back to valet
-pillow covers were too small for pillows. No pillow protectors meaning we slept on stained/ uncovered pillows
- no answer from anybody at 11pm when we were requesting larger pillow covers or something to cover the pillows with
- we checked out 1 day early ( having already paid for 2) as we were so grossed out by the pillows.
- asked for a refund of the 1 unused parking. Have not received it.
