Muy cómoda y personal eficiente. Ojo. El baler parking nunca está disponible en puerta!!!

No me gusta la comida libanesa, no fui al restaurante por eso. Si la carta es diferente, no da esa impresión

Overall, I had a good stay and for sure I will stay again at this hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location, clean facilities.

Cons:

Mini fridge was not working, then I got moved to a different room due to noise guest. The hotel Manager was excellent, caring and professional, super helpful.
I ordered food from their restaurant and it NEVER got delivered until I called them and it seems they lost my order. Then, a wonderful waiter, Irvin, save the day, he brought me my food, and eased my way with his caring and wonderful attitude and customer service excellence.

El trato pésimo los empleados prepotentes
No me gustó nada la alberca está descompuesta y no avisaron el ac no enfría

Cobraron un control de TV que nunca existió …
Cobran cosas que ni al caso a otro huésped le cobraron una bolsa de tul 🥴

Staff was always helpful and very kind.

Cons:

The rooms have so many issues, and to be considered 5 star hotle, lacks those details, like drainage blocked in the bathroom, ac outdated and so noisy, rooms are not soundproof so if you are a light sleeper good luck.
