Pros:

Really nice people in the restaurant,

Cons:

Bit dated, front desk were quite fasidious about the booking procedures, booking was not in the same name as the credit card so could not finalize booking and threatened to cancel the booking, this happened on the day of our arrival while we were still flying in. In the end I just put the rooms into the credit card name and it went through, in all.the years I have booked on this format I have never struck this before. Just created a lot of unnecessary stress.

Avoid this hotel. So disappointing to finish our stay in Vietnam here after experiencing so many good hotel experiences

Not much to like. The prearrival communication was awful, threatening to cancel our booking as our credit card details did not match exactly our booking name. Have never had that issue with booking.com. The whole hotel smelled. Staff were bland and depressing. Breakfast was basic, stale bread. Cocktails on rooftop were terrible.

Overall a great stay and location but would consider a different room or hotel due to the run down finishes.
Pros:

The location was excellent, close to many restaurants and attractions. Staff were great and very helpful.

Cons:

The room and facilities (pool or rooftop bar) were a bit run down compared to the photos online.

Excellent, fairly priced, well located hotel - we could return!
Pros:

This hotel represents great value for money and had everything we needed for our stay in Ho Chi Minh city. The room was spacious, well furnished, comfortable and clean (special thanks to room attendants Loon and Nga). The air con worked well (which was important as it was very hot outside during our stay!). Breakfast provided varied choice and staff, including Ms Ruby, were very attentive. All of the reception staff were pleasant, particularly Jade who provides a friendly face and anticipates your every need! It was great to have the pool and sky bar to use. The hotel is well located a few minutes from Ben Thanh market and we could walk to key sites like the war remnants museum, post office, independence palace etc in around 20 mins. Jade helps with booking any trips you may require.

Cons:

Just a small point but there were not enough electrical sockets in the bedroom and they were not conveniently located. One was behind the toilet!

Would have been better without the rugs on the floor. Room was big but yet not enough room to put & access suitcases.

Not worth the money
Pros:

The location is very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful

Cons:

The price is too high for what it offers. The bathroom floods as soon as you turn on the shower, and if you’re lucky, you might not have cockroaches in your room (we had two). The breakfast isn’t very tasty, the entire hotel feels unfinished as if it’s still under construction, and the photos online look nothing like the reality.

Nice stay but due to the cancellation and being charged double I wouldn’t stay here again

Cons:

Unfortunately my original booking was cancelled and I was charged double to rebook. My friends were staying here too and didn’t have that experience so I felt quite unhappy about it

Cons:

2 Doppelzimmer waren gebucht; eins mit Doppelbett und eins mit zwei Einzelnen; beide zum gleichen Preis!!Das erste entsprach den Beschreibungen der Buchung und war ok. Das zweite Zimmer war wie eine Zelle ohne Fenster !!!!!!!So etwas gibt es zwar im Land , war aber nicht von mir gebucht!!!! Das ganze ist eine absolute Frechheit! Ich fühle mich betrogen!!!!
Abgesehen davon ist die Unterkunft extrem hellhörig. Die Zimmertüren haben einen Spalt. Man hört vom Flur jedes Geräusch!!!!
Absolute Enttäuschung!!!

Great location, even better hotel staff!
Pros:

The whole team was great, really helpful and friendly, with recommendations of where to eat.
The sky bar is great and so is the location - you’re right in the heart of old town.
Loved that they stored our bags and let us come back and shower after check out so we could fully enjoy our last day in Hanoi
