良かったです。
Pros:

ベッドが良くて、ぐっすり眠れました。
スタッフの対応は良かったです。
朝食もバッチリでした。

Cons:

シャワー室のお湯がトイレ側に行かないように、ガラス戸が2枚ありますが、隙間が開く為、シャワーが終わると、トイレ側の床がびしょ濡れになりました。

Good hotel, great staff and good location
Pros:

The staff were amazing, it was my birthday and noticed on my passport at check in, sang happy birthday and gave me a cake, the facilities were clean and the location was great, only a few hundred metre walk to the main shops

Cons:

Not a lot of bad to say, it was a great hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Having travelled extensively, we felt this hotel was closer to a 3.5-star experience than the advertised 4.5 stars.

The bed was particularly disappointing. Although advertised as a king bed, it was actually two single beds pushed together, which moved apart during the night whenever we turned over. The mattress itself was also not particularly comfortable.

The access to the sky bar and pool was another drawback. You have to walk through the restaurant and up a set of stairs to reach the pool, then walk along a narrow pool deck to get to the bar. There were also very limited seats available around the pool, making it difficult to find somewhere to relax.

Breakfast was very average and did not feel in keeping with what we would expect from a 4.5-star hotel. The bathroom also had a shower over the bath rather than a separate walk-in shower.

Overall, the hotel was adequate, but based on our experience and having stayed in many hotels around the world, we don't feel the 4.5-star rating accurately reflects the standard of accommodation or facilities. We would rate it closer to 3.5 stars.
