The property is in an ideal location in district one. It is close to everything but also being on a side street meaning the traffic isn’t as bad as it is on the main streets. The Ben Thanh markets are about a 5 minute walk. The hotel has literally hundreds of great eats all around. The rooms have great showers with really good water pressure which we found was not common in the hotels we stayed in across Vietnam. The rooms come in various sizes. We had booked a standard room which didn’t have a window however the hotel moved us to a larger room with a window after our second night which wasn’t at our request but a great touch from the hotel.
The staff were really attentive and made sure we were happy throughout our stay with a big shout out to Binh who looked after us above and beyond.
The breakfasts can get busy and if there is a large group who all have breakfast at once it might mean a short wait for a table. We found the rooms clean and comfortable. The beds were a little hard but this was very much the common theme in the six different hotels we stayed in across Vietnam. We noted that some of the other reviews mentioned renovation works during their stay however they appear to be all complete.
Given the hotels central location you do get a bit of street noise in the hotel. We were on the second floor and are generally early to bed and early risers and didn’t find this to be intrusive and it actually added to the experience of staying centrally in Saigon.
The only negative we had from our stay is the shower over the bath. However we tried to direct the shower head it did end up with a wet bathroom floor but the staff were happy to provide additional towels. This is more of a watch point for those who may have mobility issues as the first room we had didn’t have a bath so it’s something you could request at booking.
The room was clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of choice, they would make you any eggs you wanted. The staff were really helpful and very friendly

All of the staff were welcoming upon arrival and amazing service and hospitality throughout the entire stay. Jade, Trixie, Long, Ryan and Trung just to name a few. I can’t remember all of the dames but everyone was awesome!!!
I didn’t stay long enough! That was the only bad thing.
Location is great, staff were fantastic and very helpful,, breakfast was good with lots of variety, beds were super comfy.
Pool arra needs updating.

Everything was good and central location.

Really enjoyed the rooftop bar and the restaurant staff were friendly and very obliging. Being close to the markets was useful.
The 'super toilet' functioned as a toilet but the bidet features were not working. As I was only staying a couple of days I only mentioned it to the staff on checkout and they were most apologetic.
The location and value for money. The staff were also lovely! Especially Jade who was very kind to us and our little boy. The rooftop pool was a real asset after a day of exploring. Nice rooftop bar for sunset and evening.

Great location close for all amenities day and night. Breakfast was excellent catering for all. Great rooftop bar and pool with great views of the city. Staff friendly and welcoming and bags taken to our room.
