Convenient location with a kitchen!
Pros:

Close to shopping and convenient to DC. There is a small kitchen and we cooked our dinner there.

Cons:

The wiring (switches) took a bit to figure out but it was good overall.

If basic room is all you need you will be okay here but do not expect shampoo, soap, towels or hot .
Pros:

The wood floors were great. Bed was very comfortable. Full size refrigerator was very convenient.

Cons:

Water was lukewarm. Had to turn all the way to hot just to take a shower & water pressure was poor. Free WiFi only allowed one device.

First time at an extended stay. This place was convent,
Pros:

Clean. Lots of parking. air conditioning worked great. Big shower. Can cook in room which saved me a lot of money. Room size just right. Large microwave, large refrigerator.
