Management is professional.

Cons:

They have bedbugs and don't even know. With proof of bites, only provided a partial refund for my uncomfortability.

Stay away from WoodSpring Suites Greenbelt
Pros:

Please do not use this hotel. The management is refusing to honor a confirmed and paid reservation and did not give a lawful reason why. In addition, there are inconvenient things like the fire alarm goes off alot, the elevator is often not working, it costs 3.50 for a bag of chips with no price label by the products in the vending machine, and the hot water sometimes goes out, hotel staff will double charge you keeping your money tied up and they do not provide an itemized receipt when you pay so that you can see what your are paying for. I was charged for linen fee that I did not use nor did I ask for There are definitely better options.!!
