DIAPPOINTED WITH THIS BOOKING PROPERTY
Pros:

MY BOOKING WERE CHANGED AND SHIFTED TO OTHER HOTEL, SINCE I VISIT FOR BUSINESS TRIP WITH CONFRIRMATION OF MEETING ONE O=BY ONE FOR FULL DAY BUT WHEN I WAS VISITED PROPERTRY TO CHECK IN THEY SAID UR BOOKING IS CANCELLED AND SHOFTED TO OTHER HOTEL, SO I HAVE WASTED MY TIME AND LOOSE OF MY BUSINESS MEETING AS WELL AS BUSINESS CLINT NOT TO MEET THEM ON COMITTED TIME. Cons:

I booked this in advance and informed of my arrival at 11pm from the airport and was acknowledge when I arrived at the hotel they said they cancelled my booking on that same day in this app and imagine 1am all my luggage and was so tired i have to find another hotel.

It was told.that no rooms.is vacant.No intimation from booking.com.
Pros:

Check in was denied at mid night stating that booking is not confirmed.At least could have supported me for getting next alternate hotel.

We had booked suit room here through booking.com. we had paid, and when we arrived at the hotel, they had already allotted the room to someone else and told us check with company, as we already informed them. We made numerous calls to fab hotel but no one answered.after much discussion we were offered a substandard room for the price of a suite.

Cons:

Check in process was cumbersome. The guy at the reception was not competent. He didn't know how to check for reception. I did a late check in. Just took the hotel for a couple of hours sleep. My sleep was interrupted and I was asked to go to reception to clarify regarding the booking, even after paying full amount, giving my ID card original and showing the booking number. Too unprofessional. The whole place looked congested and the stairway to hotel was scary. Bathroom unclean

Pros:

staff are very respectful and helpful also my room was very good for my accommodation purposes also the location was near to my destination which is better for me

Cons:

there isn`t programs preset from the hotel or even recommended,
required more items for sell like supermarket inside the place
there is loud voices near to my room almost all of the day but it didn`t bother me more
