Excellent stay at Al Murooj Grand Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.

A special thanks to Mr. Sultan at the reception for his outstanding professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service. He made the check-in process smooth and ensured a pleasant stay.

I would also like to thank the Arabian lady working in the breakfast restaurant (I unfortunately don't know her name). She was always welcoming, polite, and attentive, greeting guests with a warm smile every morning. Her kindness and excellent service made breakfast a wonderful experience.
