Modern, comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Fantastic staff who make you feel very welcome.
Pros:

Modern hotel with a blend of Japanese and Western styles. Very good facilities, fantastic location that enabled us to explore Kanazawa by foot and very good facilities nearby (including cafes, bakeries and convenience stores). The staff are incredibly helpful and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Very minor point - the only English speaking TV channel was CNN, but then we didn’t come to Japan to watch TV!

Great location, reasonably priced with good amenities
Pros:

The onsen at sunrise is incredible! The property is in a central location, walkable to many sights and also has good access to public transportation. Breakfast had many delicious options. Overall a solid choice for a hotel in this magical city.

A great stay in a lovely hotel in a gorgeous city.
Pros:

The location was very good to walk to all the places we wanted to go to or easy buses too. The room was a good size and clean. Bathroom roomy for Japanese standards. Breakfast was very nice. The best part was the public onsen with the beautiful views. It was really lovely.
