Pros:

Clean rooms and hotel. The breakfasts were good, a little busy though. Location is excellent near the food markets, the train station and many tourist sites. Many restaurants near by too.

Cons:

The machines in the laundry were always busy and there was no cold wash option.

Great walkable location and a quiet place to stay with nice Onsen with view.
Pros:

Really good location that was close by many attractions and easy to walk to Geisha district, Kanazawa castle, and other areas. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice Onsen.

Cons:

Could use more dimmable lights in rooms like other Mitsui locations.

Very happy that we stayed at this hotel and would stay here again.
Pros:

The staff are excellent and their graciousness exceeded expectation. Breakfast: delicious selection of Japanese foods at morning buffet. Appreciated that food items changed each day and were presented in small dishes — Pretty appearance, minimizes waste, and speeds up the buffet line. The hotel was in a great location close to many of the attractions.

Cons:

The floor in the public bath area was a little slippery. There was a slight odor in the bath area that could have benefited from a good scrubbing.

Excellent choix à Kanazawa
Pros:

Un bel hotel avec un onsen très agréable au dernier étage offrant vue sur la ville et un emplacement très central pour tout visiter à pieds. Mais le vrai plus, c’est comme dit dans d’autres commentaires, le petit déjeuner extraordinaire avec un large choix de recettes japonaises délicieuses, le tout présenté dans de jolies coupelles. Presque un repas Kaiseki! Des produits plus occidentaux aussi pour les plus frileux. Nous avons aussi testé un soir le restaurant qui était très bien.

Cons:

Dommage pour un hotel de cette qualité que le personnel par ailleurs très agréable ne parle qu’un anglais très limité, mais comme souvent au Japon.

Déçu pour un hôtel de ce standing
Pros:

Le personnel, la situation mais pour un hôtel de ce type de standing la salle de petit déjeuner est sous dimensionnée en capacité. Honteux de devoir attendre 15 minutes 2 jours sur 3.

Cons:

Le sous- dimensionnement de la chambre pour un hôtel de ce standing ainsi que la chambre trop étroite et mal agencée pour simplement ranger 2 sacs à roulettes.
Les baies vitrées de la salle à manger qui donnent sur le jardin japonais qui sont restées sales pendant 3 jours.
