Pros:

Muy bonito hotel, las instalaciones muy bonitas de estilo como colonial, la habitación limpia, cama muy cómoda, sin ruidos, agua caliente en el baño y todas las amenidades para la ducha. La comida del restaurante deliciosa, recomiendo de desayuno el “Nido”. El personal muy amable. El hotel está súper céntrico y tiene un parque muy bonito cruzando la calle.

El lugar es bonito para pasar la noche, pero no hay muchas cosas cerca para comer ni para ver. Muy atentas las señoritas de recepción, pero nuevas, les falta conocer su ciudad para poder recomendar a los visitantes. La tele la intentamos prender y nunca funcionó.

This hotel is so pretty! Even though it's small it has a beautiful decoration, furniture is in excellent condition and beds are comfortable. The restaurant is mid-priced but has very good menu options. It is very well located and I consider the rate appropriate for the hotel.
I have stayed here several times and I would certainly come back again.
But this time I had a small inconvenience regarding my reservation. Upon arriving I was informed they did not have a reservation on my name, even though I had received a couple of emails from Hotels.com confirming my reservation.
The manager was not at the hotel at that time and the front desk clerk was not able to solve my problem. I called to Hotels.com and they immediately took note of my situation and even called the hotel to clarify the situation but the guy didn't offered us any solution.
We were very tired from a long sightseeing & driving day and we ended staying there anyway but we got a higher rate than the one I had been offered in my reservation.
The next day I talked again to the clerk (a different guy), and he was not able to solve the situation either.

No me agradó nada este lugar
Pros:

Llegué tarde, hacia frío y solamente tenían una cobija con una sábana, pase frio toda la noche, no tenían la contraseña de wifi en la habitación y el velador no la supo, la televisión no agarraba ningún canal, al querer bañarme en la mañana no había agua caliente.

En fin una experiencia decepcionante, primera y única que vez que me hospedare en este hotel.
