Merkzde, temiz ve konforlu bit oteldi. Büyük bir balkonu vardı. Tekrar gelsem yine burada kalırım.

Cons:

Yan odadan çok ses geldi. Odalar arasindaki duvarlar baya ince.

Lokalizacja - balkon - czystość na wysokim poziomie.

Cons:

Śniadanie jak na standard hotelu powinno być bardziej urozmaicone. Trzeba było czekać na sztuczce/ pieczywo. Nie było na bieżąco dokładane.

Good experience in Tbilisi
Pros:

The hotel is well-positioned next to two major roads, with easy access to public transport and shops. Vere Park, with a great playground, viewpoint and exercise area, is within walking distance, making it perfect for a stay with the kids. The hotel is located at a distance from the major roads, and there is no street noise. The room was spacious and clean. If you need service, you need to ask for your room to be tidied up.

Cons:

Not that it is extremely important, but keep in mind that breakfast is simple and the same every day, so if you stay for longer, you may take advantage of the great cafe nearby Hurma, which has great service and a variety of food for any taste.

Расположение, дизайн.

Cons:

Лифт только до 6 этажа, мы жили на 7. Прошлось просить воду, халаты, чай у персонала каждый день. В последний день пребывания на завтраке была несвежая еда и творог с плесенью. Сначала разрешили сидеть во дворике со своим вином, а когда мы спустились - уже сказали что нельзя.

Всем весьма рекомендую! Очень рад, что в центре Тбилиси есть такой классный отель!
Pros:

Отношение к нам!
Заселили в 11:30!
Хотя мы уже готовились гулять по дождливому Тбилиси!
Дали отличный номер на самом верхнем этаже!
По первой просьбе все делали для нас!
Даже когда мы поздно ночью приехали и где то в районе ресепшена или у входа в отель мы потеряли шапку, на следующей день нам ее нашли и вернули!
Завтраки отличные!
Очень чисто в отеле! Персонал на ресепшене очень дружелюбный и помогающий во всем!!!

Pros:

Отзывчивый персонал, помогли донести вещи до номера в первый день, заселили чуть раньше в номер.
Удобное месторасположение недалеко от филармонии и остановок общественного транспорта.
Большая комната и удобная кровать, чисто и есть все необходимое: зубная щётка, фен, гель, шампунь и тп.

Cons:

Завтрак разочаровал, самое обидное, что не включен в стоимость кофе. Сам завтрак с очень ограниченным выбором.

Пандус у входной двери слишком крутой и узкий, а подъем высокий, было очень неудобно с двумя чемоданами подниматься. Лифт на последний этаж не едет, с 6 на 7 этаж нужно нести вещи по лестнице.

Ну и третье разочарование, это то, что единственный раз, когда я попросила убрать номер (отель предоставляет услуги уборки ежедневно, это был мой выбор, не каждый день пускать уборку), то после обнаружила тряпку у себя в чемодане, такого я конечно не ожидала. При том, что все очень чисто, это крайне неприятный инцидент.
