Очень приветливый персонал, который с радостью выполнял мои небольшие просьбы
Номера с хорошей мебелью, просторная ванная комната
Отличное расположение
Номера, выходящие в сад, очень просторные и сильно выше по удобству, чем аналогичные номера, выходящие на улицу. Также у этих номеров большие балконы с приятным видом на сад.
Неплохой, правда не меняющийся изо дня в день, завтрак.

Cons:

Отвратительный wi-fi! Я бы даже сказал, что он вовсе отсутствует в отеле. Замерял скорость загрузки в номере - 0,53 Mbps. И такой он в любой точке отеля. С этим срочно нужно что-то делать.
Кофе на завтраке бесплатный только растворимый, другой - платно
Медленный лифт, в котором кнопка закрытия дверей работает не с первого раза
Имеющийся фитнес зал абсолютно пустой - из оборудования там только одна беговая дорожка. Сауна не работала и похоже это перманентно

Местоположение великолепное, персонал приветливый , номера чистые !

Cons:

Нет услуг, химчистки, прачечная, нету доставки еды напитков в номер , слышимость ужасная, wi-Fi не на всей территории гостиницы работает!
