I thank the lovely courteous staff for their kindness.
Pros:

Convenient location, and comfortable room.

Cons:

No bar or restaurant facilities after 9pm. A small vending machine with chocolate and crisps was not sufficient after a long days travel.

Very bad experience and definitely not what was advertised.

We booked accommodation for 5 people with a kitchen, but upon arrival we were very disappointed. The kitchen is practically empty - there are no basic dishes, and even spoons, plates and other utensils are charged extra. What kind of kitchen is it if you have to pay extra for everything basic?

The outside temperatures were over 30 °C, and the accommodation has no air conditioning, only one fan for two rooms. The stay was extremely uncomfortable.

Additionally, part of the hotel was under renovation, which we were not informed about in advance. I believe that this is information that guests have the right to know before arrival.

The hotel is advertised as a partner of a nearby amusement park, with a discount on tickets. Upon arrival, the receptionist told us to come get the discounted tickets, but when we did, another receptionist told us that the discount is only valid for online reservations. Since we booked through Booking, this option was not offered to us at all. Apparently, the staff is not coordinated about the information either.

The answer to almost every question we had was that Booking mis-advertised. This is not the guest's problem. The guest pays for what is advertised and expects to get it.

I cannot understand how this type of accommodation can have 4 stars. The service is more in line with a 2 star property, while everything else requires an additional charge.

A very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this accommodation.

Blizina Therme Erding

Cons:

Nije mi se svidjelo što nismo imali pravo na 10% popusta na ulaznice jer smo odradili rezervaciju preko Bookinga. Nije mi se svidjelo jer nema klima uređaj koji je stvarno nužan u tom objektu. Nije mi se svidjelo što apartman ima kuhinju ali nema ništa od opreme, pa čak ni osnovno, pribor za jelo.

Liian kuuma, remontointia, mutta normaalina ajankohtana varmasti oikein hyvä ja siisti.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli hyvä, huone oli erittäin siisti, sijainti Therme Erdingin kannalta erinomainen.

Cons:

Huoneen ikkuna ja parveke oli peitetty muoveilla kun ulkona remontoitiin. Saimme tästä lopulta hyvitystä, mutta superhelteisenä päivänä haittasi oloa kun huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia.

Bei 250 € pro Nacht fürs Studio hat man nicht Mal einen Wasserkocher, Besteck oder Gläser im Zimmer. Das muss man sich dazu kaufen. Erreicht haben wir über 1 Woche niemanden obwohl uns von da englischen Hotline ein RR ausgerichtet wurde, der mir getätigt wurde.
