Nice hotel, good location, helpful service.
A bit noisy.
Parking was convenient, it was clean and comfortable. Great location, safe and fairly quiet.
Pillows could be more comfortable, a little lumpy.
Location
The dumpsters getting emptied at 3:00am and parking was tight and one car stayed in the guest check in spot all night.
Street noise, rude staff, and a bizarre app-based parking garage that isn't disclosed up front.
Nice spot downtown
The location and the room was very comfortable enjoyed the large stand up shower
Parking deck was located behind the hotel and not connected
Hotel is average. What will send you into a tailspin is the parking situation. It’s free, if you get into the garage within 15 minutes of checking in. But since there’s a line of cars trying to figure out the ridiculous QR code process and it takes each car roughly 10 minutes to figure out how to get the gate to go up, you better hope you’re second in line. I was third in line, and while I was highly entertained watching a grown man yell profanities and kick the kiosk, that meant I was in line for 20 minutes so my free parking expired so I had to scan the QR code and pay for my free parking. I may have also yelled at the kiosk. When I entered the hotel and asked the front desk if people ever provide feedback on the parking situation, she said “ALL the time” and then tried to re-explain to me how to work the garage.🙄
Dorothy was a hoot, (Dennis) was hilarious General Manager makes an incredible breakfast. Thankful that I chose Fairfield by Marriott as my choice of hotel. I will look forward to a stay when I travel more often. VERY ACCOMMODATING
IT WAS GREAT
The hotel was clean, modern, and in a really convenient downtown location. The room felt spacious and comfortable, especially the bed, which made it easy to get a good night’s rest. Staff were polite and professional, and check-in was smooth. I also liked how quiet the room was despite being downtown
Parking was a little inconvenient and added extra cost, which wasn’t ideal for a short stay. Breakfast options were decent but limited, especially later in the morning. Nothing major, just small things that could be improved
