Cons:

I arrived and discovered that Marriott had cancelled my reservation. I booked through booking.com and was told that the Marriott had called booking.com and they were supposed to notify me. I was not called, texted or emailed. The desk person could have cared less that I was inconvenienced. She simply said they were fully booked and that a leak caused my cancellation . I believe that my reservation made 60 days earlier through booking.com was targeted because the price I paid was cheaper.

not a good sleep due small bed...they should know better and compensate when they fall short.

It's next to I-75 interstate on-ramp so you can really hear just how loud trucks and motorcycles accelerate.

Cons:

We were not advised at ck in that King bed rooms were sold out even though we had a king room reservation. front desk was not accommodating and even suggested if we only use 1 bed that it would be easier on housekeeping.
