Pros:

Nice, modern hotel. I saw in the WSJ about them redesigning hotels, such as eliminating the closets, and it works well

If you want the room type you book and pay for do not stay at this hotel - rooms not private
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location to explore the financial district. The room was on the small side and unfortunately could not open the blinds as we looked straight into many other rooms.

Cons:

We didn't like that we had booked and paid for a room with a city view and got a room that looked into all the other rooms on the other side of the hotel (we could see anyone that was in their room and they could see us) So disappointing not to received the room we paid for. When we went back down to reception they said our room was "out of service" and they would move us the next day. They said to pack our bags and someone would move us into our room with a view. We did this at 6am and when we arrived back at hotel after exploring the move had not happened and they said there was not a "room with a view" available. They said they would rebate our first night due to the inconvenience. This has not happened and the Hotel are not honouring this promise. They have not rebated any amount, not even for the difference of the room type (we booked room with city view and got a standard room). Do not book with this hotel as you wont get what you paid for and also they will make promises that will not happen. Every time we asked what was happening at reception there was a new person at the check in and they all said "we dont know anything about that". I asked for a invoice for our stay and they would not give me one at check out, just said they would email it to me. They did email an invoice which was incorrect, and when I have tried to email them back they do not answer. This was so disappointing as we had high hopes of this hotel. You cannot trust the staff they all just play ignorant and when you ask for something in writing they say they will email. Not happy at all.

Good location and acceptable for a short 1 week stay.
Pros:

Location is really good in downtown and have easy access to the subway.

Cons:

Asked for $100 deposit on the room which was a little annoying.

Breakfast included was how it was described and sold but that didn’t include ‘fancy coffee’ like latte or cappuccino which was very disappointing. It also didn’t include an apple!! This was very annoying.

The rooms are tiny with a stupid hanging chair in the corner so there isn’t room for anything.

Good Downtown location
Pros:

Really funky with a basketball court and recreation area. Friendly staff on check in and check out.

Cons:

Rooms a little dated and cramped but clean. Breakfast selection not great.

Pros:

Het aardige personeel. Het contact was heel erg persoonlijk en erg vriendelijk! De bedden lagen daarnaast ook heel erg comfortabel.

Cons:

De kamers waren wat ons betreft erg klein. Zo is er bijvoorbeeld geen kast om iets in op te bergen. Dit is dan ook het concept maar viel ons toch een klein beetje tegen.

Not family friendly, staff rude, not clean, smells of weed!
Pros:

Breakfast staff where rude every morning, food was ok but the service let it down

Cons:

Rude staff, room was only cleaned 2 nights out of 6 and we where left with no towels, terrible hotel for family’s as it’s party vibes, my kids wanted to play basketball in the hotel basketball court and it was a different rule everyday. I would have to hand over my passport some days and other days they took room key, hotel smells of weed constantly, doesn’t feel very clean, would not stay here again!

Pros:

rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Posizione perfetta con varie linee metro nelle vicinanze, ben collegato. Colazioni da favola, varie e buonissime. Staff molto gentile e accogliente fin dall'inizio. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Cons:

Unica pecca che nella nostra stanza per 4 persone non era presente un armadio o mobile per riporre dei vestiti.
