Hervorragender Aufenthalt mitten in New York
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist klein, aber modern ausgestattet mit sehr guten Betten. Alles hat sehr sauber und neuwertig gewirkt. Das Frühstück war bei uns inbegriffen und war sehr abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, nur das die Zimmer sehr klein geschnitten sind.

המלון חמוד מאוד, הצוות נחמד ואדיב ועזר לנו בכל דבר שהיינו צריכים. המיקום של המלון סופר מרכזי וקרוב מאוד לגשר ברוקלין ולאנדרטת התאומים, ויש מספר כניסות לתחנות סאבוויי בסביבת המלון. יש במלון בר ומשחקייה מגניבה ומגוון פעילויות נחמדות - בקיצור, אחלה תמורה למחיר!

Cons:

החדר היה מאוד מאוד קטן וצפוף, לא היה לנו מקום להניח את המזוודות או את הציוד שלנו, ובקושי יכולנו להסתובב ולהתארגן בחדר. החדר היה מאובק וקצת לא נקי וגם המצעים היו מוכתמים. מכיוון והחדר היה קטן וצפוף עם כל המזוודות שלנו, נאלצנו לוותר על שירות החדרים כי לא רצינו שיכנסו לחדר כשכל החפצים שלנו מפוזרים ומבולגנים

Excellent location near WTC and train and ferry ports.
Joes Pizza very close.

Cons:

Technology was poor, tv didn’t work, WiFi connection was shocking and staff were not attentive or competent.

nice experience but some things could be improved
Pros:

- location is great
- plenty of restaurants in the area
- close to the subway
- super comfortable bed
- big window
- room size is totally ok for NYC
-early check in available

Cons:

I booked a room with the city view but I had to ask to change twice to have a decent non-obstructed view.
1st one: partly obstructed with a direct vision on the neighbors + view on the construction. No light in the room.
2nd one: completely obstructed with a building of offices. No natural lights at all.
Last one was finally ok.
I find it really disappointing to pay extra for a city view and having to ask for a decent view upon arrival. The 1st staff was really nonchalant/blasé with the request which made it feel worse.

Pros:

El staff fue muy servicial y las habitaciones las recogían todos los días. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, justo a un minuto andando de una boca de metro. Además de contar con sitios de comida muy de moda cerca (Joe's Pizza, Leon's Bagel, the 7th Street Burger...). La habitación que habíamos pedido con vistas, daba hacia el puente de Brooklyn, fue una gozada. Me volvería a alojar, sin lugar a dudas.

Buon hotel per posizione e comodità
Pros:

Ottimo hotel, posizione ideale in quanto vicini alla metropolitana Fulton.
Ambiente giovanile, reception sia al piano terra sia al terzo piano.
Colazione buona e personale gentile tranne una dipendente.
Tanti giochi: basket (potevi chiedere la palla dando il tuo documento come deposito), skee ball, calcetto, palestra.
15 dollari al giorno inclusi da usare al bar.

Cons:

Personale gentile tranne una signora della colazione con gli occhiali che non era molto gentile e simpatica e rispondeva senza empatia: esempio le ho chiesto l'acqua e mi ha detto di andarmela a prendere da solo, poi l'ho chiesta a un suo collega e me l'ha portata senza problemi.
Acqua tap water non molto buona.
Camera King non molto grande e senza armadio.
