Cons:

Всё просто, на месте после часа ожидания объявили, что у них овербукинг (впервые слышу о таком, это же не самолет), а еще через 2 дали-таки такси и переселили в Бруклин. Спасибо, что не предложили переночевать в канаве.

Месторасположение очень хорошее - все рядом, хороший район. Кто любит посидеть в баре он есть - завтрак и обед идеальные. Отличные виды из номеров

Cons:

Номера очень уставшие и требуют косметического ремонта. Цена явно завышена. Персонал размещения старается но все недавно работают и/или проблема с программой - заселяют очень долго 30 мин и одного попутчика не поселили - овербукинг - долго искали другую гостиницу - отправили в Бруклин но правда в идеальную гостиницу.

Wouldn’t come back.
Pros:

The chopped cheese sandwich I did have there was good , staff in there was kind of dry though.

Cons:

First off my view. I paid $1500 + for a city view and was looking at a building the whole time. I called and made a complaint about it and see if we could get a better room. But was told someone would email me or call me and I heard nothing. Also called for towels one night & was told to give them 10 minutes. Never saw them until we got back way late that night

Hotel molto bello, staff non sempre gentile
Pros:

L'edificio in se' il design la posizione comoda vicino le metro .

Cons:

Lo staff all'inizio non e' stato molto gentile con me e per nulla disponibile nell'aiutarmi a cambiare le date della prenotazione nonostante avessi questo favore 2 giorni prima del mio arrivo. Mi volevano far pagare di piu' e si rifiutavano di cambiarmi data senza il pagamento della penale. Per ottenere la stanza senza pagare 2 volte in piu' ho dovuto aspettare 4 ore circa e cio' ha procurato tanto stress e non mi ha permesso di visitare la citta' e i musei prenotati.

There wasn’t really a lobby, the room was very small, it felt like you were in a closet. NO MICROWAVE/ NO FRIDGE be aware.

Cons:

The bathroom sliding door fell on me; it was already off its hinges when I arrived, but I didn't notice it at first. I took a photo in case I needed it. I should be compensated, as it hit my foot and forehead. I called maintenance to fix it, and they told me they had 2 prior jobs before coming. I stood there holding the door open for 20 minutes before he arrived. This is not how a hotel experience should be. I look forward to hearing from you.
