Amazing Everything
Pros:

Best hotel I've stayed at since being in Vietnam. The ocean view, especially at sunrise is so BEAUTIFUL. Amazing staff. Amazing bed. AMAZING welcome drink. Amazing Everything.

Pros:

Hotel is nice but I wasn’t provided with proper basic needs. I didn’t get hot water so I wasn’t able to shower at all the first night and couldn’t really shower properly the second night either since I only got barely lukewarm water but I had to wait nearly AN HOUR for the water to be warm!. The hotel staff tried to fix it but couldn’t do much about it. I booked for a 7 nightS stay but ended up having to cancel the reservation due to it. I tried to request a refund for the remaining Nights but the hotel staff REFUSED to REFUND the money. That’s very ridiculous considering the fact that they couldn’t provide the basic needs for the guests. I guest they only care about taking people money whether the service was being provided or not….DONT RECOMMEND IT!

Pros:

나트랑 북쪽 외곽에 위치해 인근에 볼건 얼마 없으나 신축 건물에 친절한 직원들 그리고 하루 저녘 나와 술친구를 해준 펑 매니져 등 5박6일 간 너무 감사했습니다^^ 바다 바로 앞이라 오리지날 100% 오션뷰에 루프탑 수영장 까지 나에게는 완벽한 호텔 이었습니다.

Pros:

Pros - it’s about a 10 min walk from the beach (this is a smaller and quieter beach). The staff was very helpful. The rooms are spacious
Cons - the location is not very central, so you’ll have to take a cab or rent a scooter to basically go anywhere. I did not mind it though (I found Nha Trang Center too crowded)
