Great location. Rooms small but very comfortable. Very friendly staff. Love the coffee shops in the lobby. Also has great restaurants.
Location. Size of the room. Quality of the bathroom. How well I slept at night. Amenity bag they made up when I mentioned my husband’s birthday.
No flaws
Easy location for where I needed to me, staff are very friendly on the desk and restaurant area
The walls are VERY thin. This means you can literally hear everything! It sounded like someone was coming into our room several times but it was just the noise outside in the hall area.
The staff at the coffee bar HATE their jobs! So rude in general
Chic decor. High quality finishes, sheets. Community area had a great vibe
Nothing
Amazing location and decent size room
Only downside was the shower door, this leaked everytime we had a shower but the shower itself was amazing
Lo único la ubicación el resto no recomendable. Habitaciones super chica a casi 400 dólares. Hall de acceso que parece una discoteca y no un hotel
Lo que comente anteriormente
Very pretty room and bathroom, and lost of attentive details, like the neighborhood guide and breakfast bag. Bed was extremely comfortable, and I enjoyed the view of Manhattan and the fact I could crack the window open for some fresh air. The restaurant was incredible, and the staff really nice. Also I LOVE that there was no fragrance in the lobby and common spaces. The area felt safe, and the hotel is an easy walk from an accessible subway station (with elevator).
The lobby was crowded all day and felt like one of those cafés where everyone is on their laptop. Not really a place to rest. The shower was not intuitive to use, changed temperature on its own and easily flooded the bathroom. Most of all I didn't find the room super functional: there were few surfaces to put my personal items, and nowhere to keep an open suitcase, just a drawer to stash it, but no drawers, only a bar with hangers.
location was great, aesthetic and coziness of hotel was great
We stayed 3 nights and managed to get a table in the bar/cafe only 1 of 3 mornings because every single table is taken up by someone on their laptop. This was very frustrating. The coffee shop would not let us take the ceramic mugs to our room, so we stood drinking our coffee because putting them in a paper cup "to go" was never the point. If this is to be a lounge for hotel guests, then it might be nice to (at a minimum) discourage sitting about with headphones and laptops at least on weekends. I also was in disbelief at the number of dogs sitting about the cafe/bar; can't say I was a fan.
