The right place to explore Manhattan & Brooklyn
Pros:

Exceptional view, nice bathroom and Marshall loud speaker in the room. Location to explore both Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Cons:

Size of the room and little space for hanging one’s clothes. The lobby/bar was always full to the extent we couldn’t get a seat there - to rest or plan the next part of the day - for 5 consecutive days.
