직원이불친절해요
Pros:

사장님인지 직원인지 불친절해요 주차는 두대째부터 외부유료주차장에 만원주고 주차해야 되구요 4인기준으로 예약했는데 2인침구류만 제공되고 추가비용 받아요 나갈때올때 인사도 없습니다
그나마 위치좋고 시설은 깔끔한편이라서 여행기분 망치기싫어서 참았습니다

일하러 와서 비싸기보다 효율적인곳을 선택했어요
출장장소랑 가깝고 저렴한곳으로요
예전 모텔을 리모델링했는데
저는 깔끔하고 조용해서 좋았어요
숙소 근처 먹을만한 곳이 없어서 아쉬웠는데
택시로 움직이니 전혀 불편하지 않았고
좋았어요~
하루 푹 잘 쉬었습니다^^

방이랑 욕실은 깨끗하긴해요.. 건물은 오래되어보이던데 실내를 리모델링하신것같더라구요 그냥 잠자고 씻는데는 불편은 없어요.. 그런데 주차가 헬이에요.. 객실이 2층부터 8층까지 층마다 7~8개는 되는것같던데 주차공간이 그거반도 안되는것같아요.. 주차공간도협소하고 그렇다고 발렛이 있는것도 아니고 사장님이 엄청 운전을 잘하셔서 주차를 대신해주는것도 아니구요.. 암튼 주차때문에 너무 신경쓰여서 오후에 미리 주차해두고 저녁에는 그냥 택시타고 다녔어요.. 주차때문에라도 재방문은 어려울것같은 집이네요..

최적의 장소 / 쾌적함
Pros:

오동도/짚라인/낭만포차/케이블카 등등 위치가 최고입니다.
온돌특실에 숙박하였는데, 4인 이상 가족분들에게는 최적의 숙소일 거라고 생각합니다(엄청나게 넓은 방과 좋은 시설 등).
다음 여수 여행때도 같은 숙소/같은 방 이용할 계획입니다.

가족여행으로 아이2명과 여수 2박하면서 묵었습니다
일단 위치는 좋아요
아쿠아플라넷과 오동도, 커이블카 도보 이동가능합니다
그리고 리모델링건물이라 깨끗합니다
주차장도 협소하긴해도 숙박객들 차는 어떻게든 다주차가능합니다.

단점으로는
평소가격이 얼만지는모르겠으나
저는 여름 연휴기간에 숙박이라 온돌방을 1박 15만원에 2박 하였는데
솔직히 이가격에 묵기에는 많이 아쉽습니다
방이 아주작아요
욕조없습니다
수건도 좀 쉰내가 났습니다 ㅜㅜ
가족여행이라면 잠만잔다고 생각하셔야합니다.
가족여행으로 차를갖고계시다면 여수외곽에 좀더 큰숙소 묵으시는걸 추천합니다

빅오쇼, 청춘포차, 오동도 모두 가까워 걸어서 이동 가능
주차장이 협소한 것이 단점이기는 하나 발렛 파킹을 잘 해줌

위치는 아주 좋아요. 케이블카. 오동도.엑스포 다 걸어갈 거리예요. 룸컨디션은 가격대비로는 괜찮다고 생각해요.

위치는 아주 괜찮았어요
오동도 입구 옆이고 낭만포차랑도 안 멀어서 좋긴하지만 자차가 아니면 조금 불편할 수 있을 것 같아요
아쿠아플라넷을 가실분이라면 더 좋을거같아요.
주차장이 넓은 편은 아닌데 또 어떻게든 주차가 가능했어요^^;;
리모델링했다는 후기를 보고 방문을 했는데 확실히 깨끗했구요!! 밤에도 조용했어요. 단지 아쉬운건 침대가 좀 ㅠ 딱딱했다는거 정도..!! 난방도 온수도 엄청 잘나왔고요.. 잘 쉬었다갑니다 :)

오션뷰가 너무 좋고 시설이 깨끗해요.
낭만포차 거리까지 걸어서 갈수있는거리인데 근처에도 식당이 많아요. 사장님이 친절하셔서 더 좋았습니다.
