Pros:

I think it if I spending X amount of money to stay in a hotel for X amount of days. Breakfast should be FREE I should have to spend extra money on it. Being a single mom, and what to save money it was be nice.

Cons:

I don’t know what was wrong with the pool. As my granddaughter went to swim, and felt like there was slime in the pool. Also it don’t have the chlorine smell when you enter the pool area.

Pros:

It was convenient to the reason we were there. The location is very Central.

Cons:

I specifically requested a handicap room because my husband has mobility issues. The desk clerk could not understand the difference between a mobility disability and hearing impaired. She put us on the fifth floor, the furthest room possible away from the elevator. And when I say furthest away, I mean all the way down the hall, the last room at the end of the hall. If my husband hadn’t brought his wheelchair with him, he would not have been able to get to the room. I specifically requested a mobility handicap room and that was not what we got. At the point that we got into the room and I realized how far it was down the hall and that it was not a handicap room. I was too exhausted to go down and fight the battle so we just had to make it work. But it was a pain in the ass.

Holiday Inn, not as advertised.
Pros:

The room was nice. The hot tube was relaxing.

Cons:

We booked for 3 adults. We found out after we arrived that only 2 of us would be getting a free breakfast, not as advertised. I let my husband and son eat the free breakfast. They said the food was not good and the serving staff was rude.

Just Eh....
Pros:

No complimentary breakfast was offered.

Cons:

The TV did stopped working, it was way too small for the cost of the stay. the shampoo bottle kept breaking, No complimentary breakfast, The price was way to expensive for the amenities offered.

Worst Hotel Experiance
Pros:

It had a swimming pool for my kids.

Cons:

The pool area was so harsh with chlorine, your eyes burn and you cant stay in there for but 20 minutes. The curtins in the room did not close because of the way they are hung up, which caused me to have a street light shining into our room right in our face all night. The restruant was horrible, wait staff took forever and my daughter's cheeseburger came out with moldy bread. We also went down for breakfast and my husband didnt even eat because there was little to no food out on the buffet. They weren't keeping up. $200 for 1 night was absolutely not worth it.

Very pleasant experience
Pros:

Staying at this hotel makes my business trips that much easier and more pleasant. It's convenient, comfortable, and very clean. Staff are very pleasant as well.

Pros:

The walls in the room I was dirty. I had to wipe the dirt off before my family could see it. I didn't want this to spoil their stay.

Gutes zweckmässiges Hotel mit grossem Zimmer und grossem Parkplatz
Pros:

Wie erwartet ein Holiday Inn. Zweckmässig, grosses Zimmer, Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Lage etwas ausserhalb was mir aber gefallen hat.

Cons:

Einmal Zimmer machen vergessen, Badwanne Wasser läuft ganz langsam ab beim Duschen, Wasserstauen im Waschtisch funktioniert nicht.
