Le personnel est adorable, aux petits soins, très bienveillants et soucieux de répondre à nos attentes. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. L'emplacement est idéal, proche des commerces, de nombreux restaurants, station de bus et de tout faire à pied.

Hermoso hotel céntrico en Pucón
Pros:

La habitación era muy linda, calentita y la cama cómoda, con vista al volcán de fondo. El hotel está muy bien ubicado a la vuelta de la calle principal. Tiene estacionamiento. El desayuno muy completo y rico. Excelente atención!

Cons:

El baño era un poco chico, pero nada grave.

Fantastisch hotel met uiterst vriendelijk personeel, en heerlijk, uitgebreid ontbijt. Het ligt op een heel handige locatie, vlakbij de busstations., om naar het startpuntvan wandelingen te reizen.

Cons:

Geen probleem dat er een borg gereserveerd wordt op je creditkaart voor mogelijke schade, maar de lijst met prijzen zou moeten worden herzien. 50 dollar voor een gebroken waterglas is overdreven, we hebben de glazen daarom niet gebruikt, en dat kan, denken wij, niet de bedoeling zijn.

Pros:

Buena ubicación y de fácil acceso, todo limpio y ordenado, el personal muy muy amable el cual nos brindo información extra de actividades y descuentos que aplicaban con el alojamiento en diversos rubros.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que incluyan algún pan casero y no tan industrial, si bien el desayuno estuvo completo me hubiera gustado algo mas de variedad como en otros hoteles.

Ideal für eine Städtetour und Anreise mit dem PKW (Privatparkplatz) Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes Team. Ideale, zentrale Lage, um alles im Ort zu Fuß zu erreichen. Aus Zimmer 427 hat man einen super Ausblick auf den Vulkan Villarica. Frühstück: Toast, Käse, Wurst, Kochschinken, Obst, Müsli, Tomaten, Eierspeisen nach Wunsch, Kuchen, Säfte, Joghurt, Kaffee, Tee. Es gibt eine Kühlschrank, der den Gästen zur Verfügung steht. Außen Sitzbereich vor dem Haus. Privatparkplatz direkt am Haus.

Cons:

Die Straße ist gut befahren, so dass der Verkehr bei einem Zimmer zur Straße, bei offenem Fenster zu hören ist. Bei einem Zimmer zum Hof wird es sicher leise sein.

El ventilador del baño sonaba mucho , se notaba que era antiguo y el ruido que emitía era muy molesto . Además se escucha el ventilador del baño del huésped de al lado .
El borde de las ventanas con presencia de hongos (estéticamente se veía feo ) .

Desagrado en estadia

Cons:

Nos quedamos en cuarto piso y no cuenta con asce sor, lo que es desagrado subir por escaleras con bolsos y maletas, de igual forma en la recepcion la poca o nula claridad de la recepcionista para efectuar el cobro, finalmente salimos sin recibir boleta por el servicio prestado, lo que no toman en consideracion la obligacion de emitir boletas.
El hotel no asegura un estacionamiento lo que es limitado por la capacidad, lo que afecta la estadia, todos los dias fue una incertidumbre si ibamos a encontrar un lugar para estacionar, en conclusion fue desagrado llegar e irse
