Pros:

The stay was pathetic. Right from the start it was a pain, whether it is the booking goof up where it showed higher charges than while booking, or double booking goof up, or the fact that no visitors and food were allowed at the premise. And this was not even mentioned when I was booking. I mean visitor is not allowed even for an half hour? Seriously? Leave that aside even outside food is not allowed. I mean I have been to plenty of hotels so far, both national and international, none of them have this policy. What is this a boarding school? The room was extremely small than expected. The lock of the doors were not working. There were times when we were stuck inside. There were some hot water issues. Later resolved but was still there. And it seems that hotel has all this weird policies but nothing against guests who were making huge noises and destroying peace of others. We had neighbor guests who had possibly taken two rooms, they kept their door open and made great deal of noise - laughing loudly, talking loudly, playing music loudly. And not in the daytime, but during the night, midnight and even the wee hours of morning. Some of the staff was helpful, especially room service and one or two receptionist But rest apart, the stay was horrible.
