The hotel is very clean, featuring a nice smell from the first step in the door, and offers a lot of amenities helpful during the stay. It's also near subway and in small proximity to many sightseeing and shopping spots. Additionally, one of my family members had a health issue during our stay and the staff couldn't be more mindful, offering help even after the front desk closing time. Full room cleaning was available once every 4 days for free, but a special request could be made for 3 000 yen, which we used additionally and the rooms were spotless each time. Otherwise there was every-day towel changing and trash removing service provided.
We had reservation for 3 rooms, out of which two were on ground floor and one was upstairs. Only the rooms on the ground floor were equipped in dehumidifiers, so the upstairs room could be dehumidified only by the airconditioning unit at the sacrifice of cooling, which was sometimes annoying during our late July stay.
The location was excellent, the hotel was very clean and the staff was nice.
There was nothing we did not like.

Nos alojamos en este hotel y, en general, la experiencia fue muy buena. Lo mejor, sin duda, es su ubicación, en pleno barrio de Gion. Desde allí se puede ir caminando a la mayoría de las zonas más céntricas de Kioto, así como a muchos de sus templos más famosos, lo que hace muy cómodo recorrer la ciudad sin depender constantemente del transporte.
La habitación era algo pequeña, aunque es lo habitual en Japón, por lo que no nos sorprendió. Estaba limpia y el servicio de limpieza se realiza al cumplir tres noches de estancia, algo que nos pareció más que suficiente.
La zona es muy tranquila y, además, cuenta con buenas conexiones de transporte público muy cerca, lo que facilita los desplazamientos a cualquier punto de la ciudad.
Como aspecto menos positivo, destacaría el baño, que es realmente muy pequeño.

We were blown away by how lovely our room was. I had accidentally booked a twin room rather than a double room for my partner and I, however we were still very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and available, we were tucked away in a beautiful little street of Kyoto that was close to the train station and close to several tourist attractions that allowed us to explore via a short walk. We loved our time here, thank you.
