Close to the caravan park where we visited friends and the Crail open gardens and art studios.

My husband 77 myself 81 we had room 12 top floor. Due to my husbands health 50b odd stairs not good.

Great value spot!
Pros:

Loved the seaside location and view from the room! Breakfast was delicious and staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

The room was very hot and stuffy and I had trouble sleeping without a fan on offer. Plus with the many hours of daylight it was hard to sleep in a non-dark room.
