Pros:

موقعه وإطلالته ممتازة جدا .

Cons:

عند طلبنا إيقاف الموسيقى أثناء الإفطار بالرغم من عدم وجود شخص آخر غيرنا في قاعة الطعام، أظهر لنا الموظف أنه يستجيب لكن لم يتم إطفاؤها .
كذلك المدفئة كانت متعطلة لكن أحضروا لنا مدفئة أخرى وبطانيات .

çamlıhemşinden sonra güvenlik yolu kapatmış 180 TL ücret aldı. Neymiş ayder milli parkı. Otel dere kenarında biraz kuytu bir noktada. Odamız çok kötüydü. Eski yıkık harabe gibi. Kötü bir koku vardı odada ve temizlik yapılmamış çarşaflar yastıklar saç kıl vs vardı. Banyo rezalet. Bu fiyatın yarısını hak edecek bir yer değil bence.

كنت حاجز غرفة اقتصاديه لكن بعد وصولي رقيتها الى جناح لانها افضل واكبر ومطله ع النهر وبها شرفة جميله

Spectacular
Pros:

The absolutely spectacular views from the hotel- the window -the snow laden trees and clear view of the stream . Picture perfect

Cons:

Sauna and spa services mentioned were not in use.
The car got stuck to the hotel due to icy roads - not easy to get in. Parked a short distance away

Pros:

The hotel itself was super. The staff was very good... there were a few gusts in the beginning of November and staff had a lof time to assist) The room was on the 5th floor...you can take a lift which goes till 4th floor and the on foot you step up on a wooden stair...it was unusual and interesting. The room was very small but for slleping we didnt need king size rooms)) shops and restaurants are nearby...within a few minutes by walk. We liked its location too much. Breakfasts were also good, even big enough.

Cons:

As I said the size of the room... (only for sleeping). And the heater (batteries) didn't work. I asked personnel to check it... but the dicision was not found... But beds and bed lining was pretty good ...you colud feel absolutely comfortable at night.

Pros:

The location is incredible giving you an opportunity to relax from of the river view. Reception staff especially Abdullah and Elif were cooperative and supportive from the day one of our stay. They were keen to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious and the chef Zaki is always there to provide you with all support required.
