Staff members are helpful, they actually agreed to shorten my stay without any charge.

The hotel itself needs renovations. I checked out their rooftop during our stay and it was dirty, and there was unpleasant smell in our room from the toilet. I’m glad we only stayed overnight.

The location is perfect for the Inflatable Island if you want to visit. There is also Zusuki Beach closed to this hotel but it is dirty.

Cranky front desk staff..VERY Small room..

Room was a bit small to move around as desk at front of bed was in the way of getting past. Fine place if only a few nights stay. The worst is the amount that Expedia add on which made a 1200p room 1500p. Not worth that extra! Without that was reasonable price.

This is a good budget hotel in a great location close to restaurants, stores and entertainment.

You get what you pay for here. Cheap hotel $20 per night. Small room, not very clean. Poor service. Need call 3 times before even come clean my room.
Only good thing about this hotel is on main street so easy get around.
However.. if you don't mind pay a just little bit more.. I would suggest go somewhere else.
I booked 3 nights but only can handle stay 1 night there.. willing to lost two paid nights just to get away from there. Lol... Never go back again.

Located in the center of Barretto. Hotel is basic. Parking sucks at the hotel. Spots are limited (4) and are small.

Work in progress. Shower drains slowly. No elevator and no one to assist with luggage. Not full service. If you need assistance or desire full service go else where. Has basics at low price.
Construction on new building in lot to rear of hotel. Location central to all barrio barretto has to offer.

Modern hotel work in progress. Great value for putting up with a few minor inconveniences. No elevator or porter to help with bags. Wi-Fi spotty. Bathroom small and toilet didn't flush at first. The shower didn't drain well. No fridge in room. Building under construction to the rear. The rain kept the work and noise to minimum. Staff professional and friendly. But if you like to be served hand and foot go elsewhere.

Hotel under construction, washroom is flooded in spite of it being new. I would not recommend this for family as this is like a motel for short time hours

It was a good room for the price, but there were some problems.
The hotel is under construction, so everything seemed "not quite finished". When its all done, it should be nice. There were some other guests in staying at the hotel that were very noisy at all hours of the night, but that is hardly the hotel's fault.
Our room didnt have an actual window, just some very high windows covered with curtains that we couldn't possibly reach. Even though we were on the 3rd floor, it felt a little bit like we were staying in the basement.
The room had some ants crawling on one wall and it wasn't serviced every day, so we had to go and ask for new towels and more toilet paper and in the bathroom, everything always seemed to be wet somehow.
All that being said, the staff tried to be accommodating. When we had. a problem with the shower, it was taken care of right away and they did their best to answer our questions and help us if we needed it.
The location was also fairly central to the bars and resorts of that area, so it was convenient to go out to explore, eat, or find something fun to do.
Overall, it was a good trip and the room was good for the price.

I was in bed when another guest unlocked the door to my room. We were both somehow checked into the same room. No apology given from the front desk attendant that made the mistake.

Nice and clean hotel English speaking staff. Close by the entertainment center. A little expensive for the area you stay but it's ok.
