Pros:

朝食の予約が、キッチリ深夜０時を過ぎたらできなかった。
交通の便が悪いので、金浦空港からタクシーに乗ろうとしたが、中途半端に近いせいか、繁忙期だったからか、タクシーは断られ、急遽ウーバーのアプリを入れたが、結局１時間ぐらい待たされたため、深夜のシャトルバスもあるといいと思いました。

帰る便が早朝便で、配車アプリでタクシーが来ない可能性がでてきてしまったので、チェックアウト時呼んでもらえるか聞いたら、快く受けてくれました。早朝チェックアウトしたときもすぐにタクシーが来て、ほんとうに助かりました。
ホテルのジムは写真よりかなりしょぼかったけど、それ以外はとても良いです。

You cannot get a taxi from the hotel to nearby restaurants in the area because a 10 minute drive is “too close” and not worth their time. The nearest food place was the outlet mall food court which was a 15-20 minute walk (in the rain). Other restaurants are not close walking (25-45 minute walk). It was raining the whole time we were there so it was really frustrating that we couldn’t get a taxi to a nearby restaurant. The taxis will only pick up from this hotel if you are driving into Seoul proper (a minimum 30 minute or farther away drive). The hotel would not book a taxi for us and seemed rather irritated at our request. There was no hot water in the shower so I had to take an ice cold shower. I would not recommend this place and will never stay here again. Especially if you need taxi service and can’t or don’t want to walk everywhere. I’ve never stayed at hotel that refused taxi service and told you that your only option is to walk unless you are going far enough outside of the area. We were tired and hungry when we arrived and were hoping to drop our bags and go get something to eat. Such a simple standard task when checking into a hotel, but not at this hotel. Nothing but issues for the most simple and basic things.

トランジットでこちらのホテルにしました。プールが含まれないプランですが、リーズナブルな価格でハイグレードホテル。少し広めの清潔なお部屋に宿泊できました。
フロントの方の対応も親切でしたし、空港までのシャトルバスや1階のミニコンビニが便利で部屋のウォシュレットが快適でした。

Pros:

There was mold on the carpet and our beds and robes had stains on them. We had to change rooms due to the stains and both rooms we were in the walls were stained. The area is not the best either as it is in an industrial area.

좋은 인피니티풀과 실내수영장이 있는 호텔
Pros:

객실 바닥에 이전 손님이 사용한 약 포장지가 떨어져 있었습니다. 아쉬운 부분이었구요. 하지만 체크인 카운터 직원 정말 친절하셨습니다.

Pros:

청결 상태 0입니다. 커튼 열자마자 말도안되는 수준의 먼지가 날리네요. 침구에서도 비슷한 수준의 먼지가 날려요.
샤워부스도 고장나서 샤워헤드 두개에서 물 같이 나오고요.
다신 이용 안합니다.

Het verblijf was uitstekend maar het hotel is telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Dit baard hele erg zorg als er iets mis gaat tijdens je reis. Algemeen was het een fijn verblijf. Er is een emart in het hotel zelf maar niet 24 beschikbaar zoals aangeven maar niet getreurd er is een gs25 nog geen 5 minuten er vandaan
