The room itself was pleasant and clean. The hotel staff on site were very kind and polite.

Cons:

However, the room did not match the description. Instead of a city view, the window faced a corridor wall, and there was no breakfast available despite photos and a “good breakfast” mention in the listing.
When I raised these issues, the owner (who spoke to me by phone) told me that if I didn’t like it, I could sleep somewhere else and that it was not a problem for him. I found this response unprofessional and disappointing.

Khách sạn đúng mô tả trên booking, nhận xét của mọi người đều chính xác, tôi rất hài lòng và chân thành cảm ơn khách sạn rất nhiều!

Một góp ý nhỏ như sau: việc phải chờ đến 18h mới xác nhận hoàn tất đặt phòng và khách phải gọi cho khách sạn trước để xác nhận khiến khách chưa được thoải mái lắm. Hơn nữa tin nhắn: (sau 18h nếu khách sạn không liên lạc được với khách và khách không gọi báo cho khách sạn để hoàn tất thì việc đặt phòng sẽ bị hủy). Tâm lý khách rất khó chịu: vì thực tế tôi vẫn chờ được xác nhận hoàn tất sớm để còn làm việc khác, chờ hơn 18h lại để khách phải lo lắng và canh giờ để gọi trước cho khách sạn, khiến khách nghĩ có lẽ khách sạn không cần khách. Với mong muốn khách sạn được hoàn hảo và phát triển hơn nên tôi có góp ý dài dòng, mong các Anh/Chị có gì không hài lòng xin hãy bỏ qua! Một lần nữa xin cảm ơn tất cả các Anh/Chị rất nhiều!
