Pros:

設備が清潔で、宿泊費も安いです。
当然常にいる訳ではありませんが、オーナー夫婦の旦那さんは日本人です。(自分たち以外にも日本人が泊まってました。)近くでおすすめのお店などを教えてくれたり等、親切な方です。教えていただいたホイアンのお粥屋さんも美味しかったです。→ Cháo Nghêu Cô Gió

Cons:

ビーチや市内中心部からは若干遠いですが、歩ける距離です。
シャワーを浴びるとバスルームの床全体がびしょ濡れになるのが若干面倒です。

Kind staff and comfortable room.
Pros:

The owner was kind and helped me with bags—going to and leaving the hotel. Normally, they only help when you're entering so this showed their good character.

Powerful shower pressure and good wifi. There's a desk in the room!

They let me heat up my food before leaving.

Cons:

There were "massage" parlors dedicated to Korean men around. Made me feel a little strange. Don't let this pit you off. The area is safe. I simply don't like seeing scantily-clad women hanging around outside during the evening.

There is a construction site across the street, but I didn't hear anything. I asked around and they apparently work from Monday-Saturday from roughly 5:00-19:00.

Sauberes Hotel zu Hostelpreisen
Pros:

Ich habe letztlich ein privates Zimmer zu Hostelpreisen bekommen. Es war sehr sauber, die Lage ist gut und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Ich musste im Verlauf das Hotel wechseln, da ich spontan länger im Da Nang bleiben wollte und dieses Hotel ausgebucht war - das neue konnte bei leicht höherem Preis in keinster Weise mithalten.

The room with a balcony is spacious, so there is a lot of natural light. The bathroom has a bathtub. Clean towels and bed sheets.
Stayed only one night, but really liked it.

Wspaniały budżetowy nocleg! Jesteśmy w podróży od dłuższego czasu i to był jeden z lepszych noclegów jakie mieliśmy! Duży pokój, balkon, wanna, bardzo czysto, wygodne łóżka, czajnik. Personel miły i gdy nasz pokój był gotowy szybciej mogliśmy wcześniej się w nim zameldować. Bardzo polecamy! 🤗

Pros:

Спустя 4 дня мы наконец то увидили наш номер. Который соответствовал описанию при бронировании.

Cons:

В день заселения нашего номера не было. Спустя 2 дня его так же не было. Отговаривались, что что-то с водой. Пытались просить отменить бронь. Потому что якобы не могут посчитать разницу между низшей категории номера, куда нас сначала поселили, и нашим номером. В общем из 6 дней в выбранном нами номером мы прожили только 3.
