Wspaniały budżetowy nocleg! Jesteśmy w podróży od dłuższego czasu i to był jeden z lepszych noclegów jakie mieliśmy! Duży pokój, balkon, wanna, bardzo czysto, wygodne łóżka, czajnik. Personel miły i gdy nasz pokój był gotowy szybciej mogliśmy wcześniej się w nim zameldować. Bardzo polecamy! 🤗

Спустя 4 дня мы наконец то увидили наш номер. Который соответствовал описанию при бронировании.

Cons:

В день заселения нашего номера не было. Спустя 2 дня его так же не было. Отговаривались, что что-то с водой. Пытались просить отменить бронь. Потому что якобы не могут посчитать разницу между низшей категории номера, куда нас сначала поселили, и нашим номером. В общем из 6 дней в выбранном нами номером мы прожили только 3.

Pros:

Гостиница находится в тихом спальном районе, но недалеко от пляжа. Приветливый и доброжелательный персонал (привет, Там 🌹) и хозяева. Помогут с арендой мотобайка и обменом денег. Комната 501, на 5 этаже, есть лифт. Просторная комната с большой кроватью и балконом с видом на улицу. Есть сейф. Розетки расположены удобно, с обоих сторон кровати. Есть ванна, а не просто душевая. Ежедневная уборка в комнате со сменой белья.

The room itself was pleasant and clean. The hotel staff on site were very kind and polite.

However, the room did not match the description. Instead of a city view, the window faced a corridor wall, and there was no breakfast available despite photos and a “good breakfast” mention in the listing.
When I raised these issues, the owner (who spoke to me by phone) told me that if I didn’t like it, I could sleep somewhere else and that it was not a problem for him. I found this response unprofessional and disappointing.
