Cozy place for nice family outing, would love to return to this property after its get renovated.
Pros:

Easy access to beach, nice behavior of staffs, swimming pool.

Cons:

Limited food options in meals, inadequate/worn out indoor playing options, not enough driving directions on the way towards the hotel. s the property is soon to be renovated, hence not adding other observations which I believe will be rectified during renovation.

The hotel fell short of expectations, lacking the basic amenities one would expect from a luxurious property. The rooms felt uninviting, and the atmosphere was quite disappointing. The AC was extremely noisy, and the constant disturbance from other areas of the hotel further detracted from the experience. Additionally, the AC leakage rendered the balcony unusable, which was a major letdown.

The rooms are dirty. The property is old. It is required renovation. It is not in a condition to use. The swimming pool is also dirty and poluted. I suggest every one not to visit .Worst experience .

Terrible Experience – Would Give Negative Rating if Possible
Pros:

Filthy Rooms, Broken Facilities & Worst Manager Ever

Cons:

Rooms were worn out with poor repairs, dirty linen, and a broken toilet seat that was even unsafe to use. Housekeeping staff were decent, but reception was rude and unhelpful. Despite booking two rooms with kids and an infant, they sent staff to force us out just 20 minutes after checkout time. The manager’s behavior was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. This place badly needs better maintenance and a lesson in hospitality.
