Huge sized rooms, staff were so lovely. Had everything we need for a comfy stay. Beds were so comfortable had a great night sleep. Nice and close to Souq Waqif

Since we entered the hotel the treatment was very classy
I remember in particular Jawaher and Adel in the reception they were very kind and cooperative And professional and classy thanks to them very much

awesome except for no boxed breakfast as promised.

he night we Checked in , I was told that a boxed breakfast will be given to us before we depart for our early flight the next morning. Nothing was prepared. So we left without breakfast. That was a disappointment. . or a miss communication.??

Actually I’m not stay the hotel but I call the reception for cancel 2 days befor the free cancellation policy but the hotel not accepting the cancellation and I loss the money .
I think all the rules and policy just work for them not for the customer.

Es gab bei meiner Buchung eine Zuständigkeitskonfusion. Ich hab ebis heute keine Rechnung. Booking.com verweist auf die Unterkunft, die Unterkunft auf Booking. Booking hat die Zahlung abgewickelt und scheint verantwortlich - auf meine Beschwerde und mehrfache Aufforderung zur Stellungnahme gab es keine inhaltliche Reaktion seitens booking.com.
Die vielen negativen Bewertungen der Firma booking.com verwundern also keinesfalls.
