It's not worth staying in this hotel .

Cons:

The room was stinking a lot, I complained but staff didn't do any thing just handed the room freshner. Employee in the hotel was very unprofessional specially that guy in the night shift.

Like Almost all hotels in kolkata they have the habit of telling the booking.com bookings are not acceptable when we come for check-in. And they said " sir your booking is cancelled from booking.com but we have room u can take room but price is more than wht u paid wit booking.com"
So I checked my booking in booking.com website and found that booking is not cancelled. When I mentioned this ,he said "sorry sir we will not take any bookings through booking.com because it provides us less profit margin.
So I was forced to book my new room from the hotel staff directly and ended up paying almost double of the charge.

This is injustice,as a traveller we travel to any unknown places by trusting our hotel booking confirmation from booking.com and once after reaching there we realize we don't have a booking and we have to struggle paying a lot of money .

Pros:

There was nothing to like. The receptionist was so arrogant and rude, he doesn't know how to behave with guest. I check-in and immediately I have to checked-out due to the rude behaviour of the receptionist

Cons:

The receptionist was rude and arrogant. Rooms are not cleaned, the room allotted doesn't match with the booking photos which i booked. The receptionist thinks he is the only knowledgeable person in this world and we guest didn't know any thing. Rooms are full of misquotes. Worst 1 hour experience at the hotel.
