Great brunch before checking in, close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops for a day out. Staff were very friendly and got a room upgrade on arrival. Lovely room with all amenities and very comfy bed. Great hotel with cool vibe. Would recommend

I only went to an event an it was packed all over the hotel. Poorly planned, barely any staff, and just a mess with long wait times and barely any cleaning. Glasses were on the floor

We went to brunch on December 13th served by Kai. The service was wonderful, the show was fantastic! I have been to brunch many times and it never disappoints !!

The service agent Constantino was exceptional. He helped us get situated and was able to check us into our room early, directed us where to go eat and made our check-in very easy.

My partner and I were visiting from out of town and had the most incredible date night at The Drake during half-price steak night. The steak was outstanding, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was the exceptional service from our server, Kai. Kai was warm, hilarious, incredibly knowledgeable, and offered thoughtful recommendations that made us feel genuinely taken care of. Their energy and attention to detail elevated the entire experience and turned a great dinner into a truly special night. We cannot wait to come back!

Kai was the best. Very knowledgeable, upbeat, and made our night. Good was amazing, vibe was good, and we really enjoyed our time. Merry Christmas to the whole staff, we appreciate you making our Christmas Eve!

Went to the Drake for Drag Brunch for my friends birthday and wow! i’ve slept on this place! the atmosphere was so fun, obsessed with Miss Moço. but our server Kai (Ky?) was the real stand out! such incredible, attentive, kind and personable service. we felt like we were vip the whole time! will of course be back!

This was our second year celebrating our corporate holiday event with Drake Hotel, and it was an incredible experience once again. The staff were attentive, professional, and ensured everything ran smoothly, making the evening both seamless and enjoyable. We would highly recommend this venue to other firms and large groups. My friend and I have been dying to try the drake hotels brunch for quite some time now, and let me tell you this place did NOT disappoint!! The atmosphere and design of the space brings a certain upbeat lavish energy, while the food would cure any sunday scaries youre feeling. I had probably the best scones of my life here (pictured). Stepou was taking care of us and did an amazing job. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

I went to the Drake Hotel for brunch with a friend and had a great experience. Stepou made sure we were well taken care of, and the staff were super friendly. The atmosphere was fun and lively, the music was on point, and the food was amazing. The lemon glazed scones were my favourite. The whole time there was so enjoyable, and we loved every minute of it. I’d definitely go back!

Deekshi is the best, she is very helpful! She made my visit to Toronto one of the best times of my life and I will forever remember it!

We had an absolute blast staying at the Drake. We stayed in one of the suites (stunning) for a special occasion, hosted a dinner for 30 in the cafe, and ate at the cafe and main restaurant throughout the weekend. The service was excellent, especially for the private dinner. Want to shout out all the staff!
