  • Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. Pros:

Na recepção, tentaram ser proativos quando nos receberam.
O detalhe é que nos enviaram para uma acomodação inferior ao que tínhamos contratado.
Reclamamos o descuido (ao ver inaceitável) e nos mudaram de quarto.
O que alugaram como suíte super luxo, tinha um suporte de toalhas que estava solto na parede. A tampa do vaso sanitário, também estava solta e para complicar, tínhamos contratado uma suíte com banheira com hidromassagem, considerando que queríamos descansar e relaxar um pouco mais, porém, a hidro não funcionou.
Considero um descuido muito grande do hotel não oferecer por aquilo que cobra e por aquilo que oferta.
Avisei na recepção sobre todos esses detalhes e esperava no mínimo que me ofertassem o retorno da diferença do que eles chamavam suíte super luxo para uma acomodação comum, considerando que a banheira de hidromassagem a hidro não estava funcionando.
Porém, não tiveram nenhuma reação e tampouco fizeram qualquer contato comigo.
Por essas razões, não recomendo, apesar de reconhecer que tentaram ser simpáticos…

Falando francamente.
Pros:

Café da manhã fraco pelo que se gasta com hotéis em cidades litorâneas. Insetos e baratas no quarto, roupas de cama e de banho com mal cheiro, quarto com cheiro de mofo. Enfim... Dinheiro mal gasto e não recomendo.

Pros:

Infelizmente, perdi meu final de semana, hotel sem nenhuma comodidade, sem respeito com os hóspedes, quartos velhos, roupa de cama mal lavadas e manchadas e com mal cheiro, arrepedimento total, hotel sem lei de barulho, uma desorganização total.
