Pros:

Room had fruit flies my entire stay!
Each time I put out small trash bag in the hallway, it took more than 12 hours to be removed from the front of my door. Housekeeping with major attitude!

This hotel recently changed flags and needs some TLC. Only one elevator worked; and the pool was freezing cold! Like an ice plunge! But the staff was great - friendly and helpful.

I used the microwave but could not open the door when it was finished warming. Staff had to break the door.

Shower water temp was barely above cold, it was an uncomfortable shower.

Pros:

Pet friendly for our dog. Everything was great including the food… I would suggest some paper towels or a dish towel by the sink. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay!

Great location for what we needed. Only draw back was the pool area did not receive sun at really any part of the day and it was freezing cold water so not able to use. Staff was extremely friendly and service was great.
