For the price differences and great services at both if dring in stay at the Courtyard. Same friendly service and great
Pros:

It was a great property. Food was good and fresh. Staff was amazing no matter what job they were doing.

Cons:

No valet or luggage service. That is one reason I stayed on site. I could have remained at the courtyard property less than 3 miles away and driven over and saved $500. I expect more from Marriott at a convention center for the prices I paid especially when the Courtyard Property was an “Event Center”.

Loved it we’ll definitely will be back for a stay
Pros:

I didn’t get to make breakfast, but overall, I had a great experience there. Great staff very beautiful view, and I love the decor around the whole hotel.

In short, for how expensive this stay was, we were shocked that there wasn't continental breakfast included in the price. The coffee was expensive in the lobby, as was the restaurants on site. Then having to pay $20 a day for parking. Just all of this to nickel and dime your guests. We won't be staying here again.

Pros:

I didn't like that you had to pay for coffee, there was no free parking, you couldn't sit by the pool to drink coffee in the morning before 10 while it was nice and shady.

This hotel charged me 404 for booking which was supposed to include booking fees but then they pulled another 300 out without permission.
