Servizio sempre efficiente e gentile.
Pros:

Centralissimo, ideale per dimenticare la macchina e muoversi a piedi in paese durante il soggiorno. Mi è capitato di non trovare posto auto nel garage o fuori dalla struttura, ma ci sono soluzioni gratuite a brevissima distanza e, soprattutto, il personale in reception è estremamente gentile e disponibile nel rispondere alle varie richieste.

Cons:

Quando le giornate sono particolarmente calde, nelle ore centrali in camera NON si può contare sull'aria condizionata. Pazienza.

Mindenkinek ajánlom aki igényes. Remek értéket kap a vendég.

Egészen kíváló a konyha. Elhelyezkedés központ, de csendes. Minden jól megközelíthető. A személyzet kíváló.

Cons:

Camera piccolissima, la piscina e l'idromassaggio sono di misure troppo ridotte per un hotel, la colazione è di bassa qualità. Promettono il parcheggio ma non è sufficiente per tutti gli ospiti e bisogna parcheggiare fuori struttura a 1km.

Merci au personnel mais un hôtel à rénover
Pros:

Le personnel très prévenant et très professionnel tant à l'accueil qu'au service du dîner et du petit déjeuner.
La batisse qui est très jolie de l'extérieur.

Cons:

L'espace piscine qui fait un peu grotte. Il faut traverser le jacuzzi pour y rentrer. Une échelle sur le côté serait bienvenue. La terrasse de la chambre avec des carreaux cassés. Et surtout la déco complètement désuète

Bellissima esperienza, consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un’ottima vacanza! Il cibo era davvero eccellente e tutto il personale si è dimostrato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La camera era pulita e accogliente, con un bagno nuovo e ben curato. La cena è stata una piacevole sorpresa: ogni sera c’erano quattro primi e quattro secondi tra cui scegliere, accompagnati da un piccolo antipasto e dal dolce, con un menù sempre diverso e di ottima qualità. Un ringraziamento speciale al direttore, una persona molto cordiale e attenta agli ospiti. Sicuramente un hotel da segnare e in cui torneremo se saremo di nuovo a Pinzolo. Bellissima esperienza, consigliatissimo!
