The staff were friendly. It looks exactly like the pictures online. The room and the bathroom are quite spacious. It’s got all that you need for a short stay. It is close to the Parramatta shopping Centre as well as Church Street for eateries
There isn’t any close off-road parking and there’s only limited availability that you have to pay for at the hotel
I stay at Gladius Hotel and Suites Parramatta every time I come to Sydney. The rooms are spotless and very clean, staff are friendly and the location is close to the Westfield and Parramatta Station so it is very convenient.
Limited parking
Location was great. Close to shops, offices and transport. Clean, comfortable and lovely interiors. Staff were helpful. Great soundproofing. I could not hear any traffic from my room.
The hotel was great, the location ws very good. Staff were very helpful and I was even able to charge my EV there which made it very convenient for us.
Very tight carpark but hey it had EV charging and was very secure.

The bed mattress was terrible made us feel sick.
Location was great.
The bath soap and shampoo bottles were basically water, in the shower. Not just a little but significantly. It means the product had water added to it.
No tissues in room. These little things are important when you pay a lot of money per night.
Bed too hard.
Staffs are very accommodating and approachable, my room were clean and tidy. Usually whenever I stayed at any hotel, I always experience the bed bugs but with you guys, i slept really well and didnt have the itchy feeling and didnt get any headache which was unusual for me.. It was very comfortable night. I think it was the pillow but overall, it was a great stay! Thank you, team!
Minor only, they dont have full breakfast service and also the room that i was in, its adjacent to the other room.. nothing really major issue but I just cant get out in my head that there is a room next to me and it will open for some reason whilst I am sleeping😅
There is no other amenities like face wash or a hotel toothpaste, not sure if the hotel thing has changed but back in the days they supplied those. Not a big deal but they offered me additional hand towel. Thanks, housekeeping!
Oh, and the shower bath, its too high for me, I think its not ideal for short people as its really take an effort to step or hop on the bath and very scary if you dont hold yourself well you may slip up. So be very careful..
And the phone in my room wasnt working but I am not fuzzy but for some maybe its an issue considering the rate per night.
And no reception after 10pm, i find i feel more safe if the reception is open especially if you come back from a night out at night. It could be just me.
Convenient for my function
Car park is tight. I’ve got a fairly large work Ute but was ok
The staff were exceptional. The facilities were immaculate and the price is excellent.
Aircon wasn’t cold enough and made a hissing sound when used for over 10 minutes
Location is exposed to traffic noise at times.
Otherwise amazing stay.

It needs warmer beddings
The TV it's not working good even the sound not working, the air-conditioning not working i was sweating all night
There is no ropes or extra towels in the room
It's not even worth 10$ a night

Location and unit we stayed.
Bathroom shower was leaking water outside & reported it. We felt the tariff is expensive for the amenities. No swimming pool and not much facilities. We didn’t try their buffet breakfast so no comments
