Everything that I needed were there. I just hope they put a handwashing liquid close to the sink in the kitchen- just a thought, but I feel like not really required as there’s handwashing soap in the toilet.l anyway.

Friendly staff and a quiet stay in central Parramatta
Pros:

Great, quiet place despite central location in Parramatta, and lovely staff.

Cons:

The design of the bathroom meant water pooled under where the door opens, which I could see is damaging the wood of the door over time.

Pros:

the bed was so nice. i also liked the cleanliness of the room and how fancy it felt for the price, and the staff were very nice. i also loved the close proximity to Westfield and the train station!

Cons:

i didn't like the lack of fresh air available to the room and i also didn't like the short shower screen as water ended up all over the floor after a shower :(
