Loved the king room!
Modern and clean.

Cons:

On a main road. It was on a hill and a bit of a walk from all the main parts of Parramatta and walking back and forth taking various routes still was a bit if-y.

Perfectly adequate for a business trip
Pros:

Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

It’s on a busy road so it was noisy. Placement of hand towel in the bathroom was functionally not good.

It was a lovely time, the room was nice, and I would stay again
Pros:

The room was clean, tidy, and well presented. Small but spacious to my needs as a solo traveller and I think would translate well for 2 people as well. Facilitaties inside the room were nice, new, and easy to use.

Cons:

I wasn't sure on how to operate the keypad/call panel device inside the room. Some instructions in a pamplet or booklet inside the room would be helpful.
I also found it more and more difficult with walking up and down the hill regularly so in terms of accesibility, it is a challenge.

The hotel is in a very convenient location to shops and restaurants. The decor is beautiful and polished.
